BEST BBQ IN AZ! I’m visiting from South Carolina, BBQ country, and let me tell you, Up In Smoke BBQ tasted better than homes, just AMAZING. I had the pulled pork, Mac and cheese(that crumble on top, perfect touch)Cole slaw and cornbread. I highly recommend this place! Go get yourself some BBQ!

Not a fan of dry brisket, or pork ribs crowned with unrendered fat in the form of uncooked lard. White, thick, fluffy, opaque fat, like butter, butter that should have been metled into the meat. ICK!
The cornbread was very good however.

Excellent food, gracious service fair pricing. Will definitely be back! I recommend the Pulled Pork and Mac and Cheese. Can’t wait to try more my next time. Highly recommended!!

Meat was well cooked and nice and tender. BBQ sauce was awful and tasted like it came off the grocery store shelf (Baby Ray's). I didn't care for the corn bread but my Mrs liked it. Potato salad was bland if not plentiful. Cole slaw need a bit more vinegar and the price point wayyy over the top. all and all I give it a 2/5 stars.

First time, and it WON'T be the last! This hidden gem is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The food was so good, the flavor was awesome. I will say I was really disappointed that they have no Prime Rib (all I wanted), but apparently everyone in Chino Valley did as well, so a bit of advice order in advance, I'm told. We got our food back quickly, and every item was amazing.

We did a 3 meat platter to sample a little of everything. We chose Brisket, Ribs, and pulled pork. For our sides, we got french fries and Mac & Cheese. We also got an up in smoke burger AMAZING! Can't wait try the Prime Rib.

Price point was very reasonable, kid friendly, clean dining area, fountain drink options and their house bbq sauce 😋 super yummy!!
