Got no beans on my burrito because my husband is allergic and I even told them to mark it and I get home go to eat my food good thing I checked because they gave me EXTRA beans like seriously you could have killed my husband horrible customer service

I got the crispy chicken tacos. What a disappointment! They were less than half full of ingredients and almost no chicken. I remember when Taco Bell would fill you up but it doesn’t anymore! It wasn’t worth the almost $10 I spent.

I waited for over 5 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever took my order, so I ended up going inside and received subpar service there as well. The store seemed relatively empty so I don't see why nobody took my order in the drive thru, all over it was a supremely disappointing experience!!
