Unfortunately my food was not good my fries wore cold and so gross and I got the pumpkin shake and they said this location doesn't have wiped cream ever yet the image they had on the menu has wiped cream was very disappointed.

Establishment is inside a grocery center but there was plenty of seating. The lady that greeted us was very kind and very helpful as we are indecisive. Food was great and affordable. The 2 star rating was definitely not true for this visit! Thank you!

Came 12-7-24 at 9:10 and had a great experience. With a few cars in front of me the line was consistently moving forward and I was out very quickly. The girl that opened the window was very polite and professional and after taking my payment literally RAN to get my food out.
We saw all the bad reviews and were a little scared off, but we went anyway, and it was really good. I dont know if we just got a good set of people working or because they weren't that busy, but all in all was great.

Arctic Circle here in town has consistently let me down. The staff often seems distracted and unfocused, leading to long waits and frequent mistakes with orders. If you make any special requests, expect them to be wrong more often than not. The food takes an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally does, it's rarely what I ordered. It's frustrating to have such poor service and accuracy, especially when you're just looking for a quick bite. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location.

Poor quality food and way over priced. Pretty disappointed overall. Save your money and go somewhere else . Once in awhile someone is working there who does a better job, but could use some quality control in the kitchen. A $30.00 meal there is the quality of $5.00 meal .
