I order lunches on occasion and often request delivery. The speed and accuracy has always been 100%. Today, I had a mixup in an order for my team and we received the wrong item. When I messaged Town Square to let them know (and anticipate an issue with the customer that got mine), they issued a full refund and offered to replace with the right order right away. I haven't ever had an issue and I appreciated their willingness and speed at making it right. Great place for lunch!
Everything I've tried here has been fantastic 😍 I love being able to grab a burger on the go and have it be as good or better than homemade! The salads are fresh and filling and the soups are 🤤🤤 Service is super fast, I love the drive through option as well. 11/10 recommend this place 🙌🏻
