For the owner of this establishment:We loved the food and the service was great. But we were disappointed when the bill came. We split a burger and had almost $20 in drinks (we did not just order water and a burger) we got charged $3.00 to cut the burger and have it on a second plate. That was accounted for in the tip. We are not cheap, we just are not into overeating.Thanks!

The tasteless hamburger was raw on the inside, and once I discovered this, I stopped eating the burger. This happened to another person I know as well a few months ago. We also ordered fish and chips and they never put tartar sauce in the bag…Also ordered key lime pie and it tasted like fake lemon with no lime taste at all. They advertise that dessert comes with an entrée, and that is not the case. We ordered something from the entree menu and were still charged for two desserts instead of just one. This place used to be wonderful, but it has gone downhill very quickly and it’s sad and disappointing to see. The meal was $59 and we left a 20% tip for takeout. Most of the meal was inedible and this was a horrible experience - and it seems to be the trend for them nowadays. What a waste of money and we are still hungry. I know who to call if I get sick from that uncooked hamburger.
