Tender pork. Brisket shredded-odd. Both have zero smoke flavor. Could have been done in slow cooker really

Please... for the love of God... please stop pouring grease into the to-go containers. I love that your pork is moist but please strain the meat a bit. I had a literal puddle of grease in the container next to the potato. Pleaseeee. 🙏🏼

Best brisket baked potaoes ever. The only downside is this place is not open weekends. Their ribs are awesome as well.

New to the area and wanted take-out bbq... The Harold was HUGE and tastey. Not normally a made by the establishment bbq sauce person but, the regular sauce was good. Potato salad was better than most store bought options. Coleslaw was eh. Loaded potato was well worth the price. Despite the Coleslaw, was a good experience and I will be back. My visit even earned me $5 off my next order with rewards.

Number one excellent food! I definitely would eat here again probably my favorite is barbecue place. Number two I just want to say how thankful I am as a staff member of Cholla to have received this gracious contribution from Bubba's BBQ!!

I ordered the beef brisket shredded. Huge portion, but I found the brisket to be a little too salty for my taste. I ordered a side of potato salad, which was very, very good. The saltiness of the beef really turned me off. So I'm not sure I will try this place again. AH

Got the BBQ brisket sandwich and BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Meat was actually good with and without sauce. The Mac and cheese we got was dry and needed a little more cream/milk and salt. The coleslaw was a very peppery. The chili beans were actually good and spicy too. The jalapeno corn muffin was moist and tasty. Really small portions for the sides considering the price.

Ordered a rack of St. Louis ribs. They had no smoke flavor, tough and greasy. We will have to finish cooking them so they are eatable. Such a disappointment 😞 The customer service was great.

Never heard of this place in my 12 years living here, decided to give em a shot on my lunch break. The Chop brisket was great and the sauce was rich with flavor. The prices may seem a bit high, but honestly they are well worth it. They don't skimp out on meat, If you order a chopped Brisket Sandwich you're getting a solid Half Pound of meat and plenty of sauce.

10/10, will be back

I had the half chicken that was edible but not great, the mac and cheese tasted like flour. On the up side the desert was good.
