Bubba's BBQ Pit in Casa Grande, Arizona is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere. The aroma of mouthwatering smoked meats fills the air, making it impossible to resist.First and foremost, let's talk about their brisket. Whether you prefer it chopped or sliced, Big Bubba's brisket is simply out of this world. The meat is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It's clear that they take their time to perfect the art of smoking. Now, let's move on to their smoked half chickens. Prepare to have your taste buds blown away! The chicken is cooked to perfection, with a smoky and crispy skin that is simply irresistible. Each bite is filled with juicy, succulent meat that will leave you wanting more. And let's not forget about their peach cobbler. It's the perfect ending to a delicious barbecue feast. The cobbler is always served hot, with a sweet and tangy peach filling and a buttery, golden crust. It's the ultimate comfort dessert that will warm your soul.Lastly, I must mention the two beautiful women working behind the counter. Not only are they friendly and attentive, but their smiles brighten up the whole dining experience. Their warm hospitality adds an extra touch of charm to the already amazing atmosphere. In conclusion, Bubba's BQ Pit in Casa Grande, Arizona is a must-visit for all barbecue lovers. Their brisket, whether chopped or sliced, is a true masterpiece. The smoked half chickens are incredible, and the peach cobbler is the perfect ending to a delicious meal. And of course, the two beautiful women working behind the counter make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Always the best! there are very few people that can do true BBQ. I don't mean the sauce i mean that true BBQ is the meat, the flavor, tenderness, the taste. Bubba's has always been great, we've been going to Bubba's since they opened.

I went to my cousins birthday on Friday last week and I was so impressed. I loved the pulled pork, it had so much flavor! I didnt even use the bbq sauce. The corn bread muffins were a buttery delight. Yummy beans, and mac and cheese. The coleslaw was the best I've ever had.I was lucky enough that we had left over and I was able to bring some home for the family to try, they loved it as well.Great Job Bubba!
Customer service over the phone wasn't the best. I am from out of town and don't eat BBQ very often so I had questions, that were rudly answered. We spent $120 to feed 5 adults. We ordered all of there sides. Mac n cheese was dry and lacked flavor. Potatoe salad was ok very mustardy if you like that. Chili beans were salty. The coleslaw was not good at all. Corn coblets were nothing special either. We ordered half rack of ribs and they were good but BBQ sauce was basic definitely like an off brand sauce. The sliced brisket moist was delicious, chopped brisket was also really good. Baked potatoe with a hot link was my favorite. Baked potatoe with pulled pork was good as well. Will I ever go back? Maybe for a Baked potatoe with a hot link. For the amount we spent I wasn't impressed. If you want ok meat in Casa Grande this is your place. Just don't get any sides.

Brisket was absolutely lackluster and depressing to say the least. Pretty sure the BBQ sauce is just sweet baby Ray's. The cornbread and cola were the only silver linings to my meal. Cornbread was a bit soggy, still had 10x more flavor than the brisket. To describe the brisket: dry, bland, tough, and fatty. My first time visiting this establishment shall be my last, genuinely feel like I've been cheated out of $18 and wished I had went to literally anywhere else.

Being from Texas, I'm an expert commentator on BBQ brisket. While this isn't all that great via Texas standards -- it is undoubtedly, by far, the best BBQ that you can buy in Casa Grande. They're fairly expensive but the large portions they serve, make it worth it. I dine there pretty frequently because it's better brisket than you can find anywhere else in the vicinity of Casa Grande. I'll rate them for you on a scale of 1 to 10. ? Compared to Texas standards, I'd rate them a 7. Compared to Arizona standards, I'd rate them an 8. Compared to Casa Grande standards, I'd rate them a 9. Compared to their main competitor in Casa Grande; the Hideout Steakhouse ... I'd rate Bubba's a 10. and the Hideaway a ONE or a ZERO. ?
