This store always has something "down". The later you go in the day the more machines are "down". If you try to come between 9 and 10pm the soda machine, blizzard mixers, and somehow their CONE DIPS are all "down" it's literally dipping it into syrup!!! Stop shutting machines down before you close! Once you stop offering your whole menu close down, because clearly that's the time of day your customers no longer matter. I have been here MANY times almost always after I get off work at 6 and something is ALWAYS "down". FOR FOUR YEARS things are always "down". It's unacceptable!!

The blizzards are never mixed at the bottom. So usually all the flavor stuff is at the top, I always ask them to blend them twice otherwise it's just ice cream at the bottom.
