I've been coming to their spin classes three nights a week for the past year and it's been awesome. It's always a great workout with a fun group of people. If you are looking to get back in shape give them a try. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first because it's a spin class... but I'm so glad I tried it!

Cool Town Fitness is one the best things that has happened to Coolidge. You could choose all the other gyms in Coolidge but you won't have Clint and Stephanie pushing you and motivating you to push yourself and encouraging you!! Cool Town Fitness has changed my life. I never thought I would walk into a Dr Office and be confident getting on the scale. I started attending Cool Town Fitness in August 2023 after seeing an ad on Facebook. I have a friend who was also attending and I had seen a huge change in her, she encouraged me to try it out. I’m so happy I did!
In six months I dropped over fifty pounds. I feel so much better. The food plan is a way of life for me now, and I love my early morning spin classes. Anyone who asks me what I’m doing, I refer them to Cool Town Fitness.
