Great customer service. I requested fresh hot wings and potato wedges and they did it with no issues ir attitudes. The store was super clean. Thank you. It's hard nowadays to go to any fast food and get good customer service.

I ordered original recipe, I got chicken which looked like original recipe how ever it was not it actually tasted like sage or some other recipe was used it is not original it is nasty and when I called the recording said cannot be completed as dialed! This is the worst fried chicken I have ever ate or started to eat I guess I need to drive into town and take the nasty chicken back

Went to kiosk to place order could not change my drink, would not give me a receipt ask if I could have one young man at front said yes then a young lady was trying to help and the young man said rudely we can not just stand here and help you we have other things to do I told him to not to talk to me in that manner then a manager could not even print the receipt. Then another employee printed it for me off the computer. Also very hot in dining room no air. And we are in 109 degrees.

I live in Mesa and my mom lives in San Tan Valley and we drive all the way to come to this location specifically because of the fresh, amazing quality food and fantastic customer service. Matti and Lily always make it feel like a welcoming place! It's also very clean which i appreciate so much.
