I made a order and waited over 30 plus minutes and everyone in the parking lot and a couple new customers all received their food and left. The employee came out w food and our pizzas were temp warm. When I returned home my pizza was cold. Seem like it may have been sitting their awhile and they forgot about me. Wasn't happy at all. I was too tired to go back as I didn't live in the area.

Worst "pizza" I've ever had. Got a hot-n-ready most"bestest".. it looked...ok... when I bought it, but when I got home, the outer crust was a little hard and overcooked while the middle was soggy. the "cook" in the back had a massive ball of hair bulging out of his hat that worried me(fortunately no hair in the pizza)...the cashier was not friendly at all, seemed like I was interrupting her conversation with the hairy cook... this location and the casa grande location on Florence blvd both SUCK! I should have just bought a frozen pizza at safeway.

Every time i come to this location there is an issue with the orders the wait time and overall personal and managers are completely useless I wouldn’t even waste my time leaving a review but the service is so bad and I got cheated out of $20 using the pizza portal manager said I would get my money back never got it and still made me pay I have not seen a worse little Caesars than this one save your time and money if you are in a rush
Waited 40minutes not a good service manager got friends coming in and out will come out to talk to friends and give them sodas but will not tend to other customers terrible customer service.the rest of staff just messing around in the back joking not seeming to care customers are waiting in lobby and are out last from the customers that are from drive thru .
