Every time I go here. They always make my order wrong and have a long wait time. Even if it’s something as simple as 2 ice coffee. I pay extra and never get it. It’s a waste of time and money. We need another McDonald’s. Or new staff who want to go the extra mile for their customers. After all we are the ones keeping it running with our businesses.
Today we went through their drive through and my 4 year old wanted to ‘play a trick’ on the employees. I winked and whispered to the employees and they both made a huge deal about the horse in the backseat, asked questions, etc. Their enthusiasm was A+. We get Happy Meals at this location all the time and the employees are always incredibly polite and pleasant, in addition to being really sweet to my boys.
