I'm in one of the most inhospitable cities in Arizona, where I stopped to have a quick bite with family before heading back out of town. I got my order, and then realized it was wrong. When I went back up to the counter and told them, they immediately fixed the issue, but while I was waiting, I was asked twice more of I was being helped! Wow! It's been years since I've had great service from McDonald's staff! Just them asking that tells me this manager knows that their customers make the paycheck! I will absolutely stop here again if I'm in the area again!

Does your phone work? Every time i try calling I get voice-mail. I leave a message and nobody ever calls back. The last 3 times we've ordered Doordash from there, our order has been incorrect. I'm just wondering if your tickets are printing incorrectly or if it's just poor attention to detail?

Literally if you order here after 6pm good luck getting your order right my last 3 night orders from here have all been wrong apparently it's known the night crew don't care to do there job right 🤷🏼♂️

1. Bad customer service. Ordered a large 4c meal and the girl made the drink a medium. Tried to point out it was supposed to be a large. The manager just shrugged it off and didn't bother to fix the issue.
2. Tried to get a refill before leaving and was ignored by all staff. I even stood half behind the counter and still got ignored. They saw me but didn't care. I guess working fast food is too hard for some people. 🤷♂️

This place is just horrible you can wait and wait to have your order waiting and to get a refill is another battle to even get a drink they're just standing and talking they see costumers looking at them like we need assistance in drink refill or even napkins to ketchup and their face is like they dont even want to work they also dont even have the tables clean if its not getting the order in the drive thru right its their costumer service is horrible inside

The establishment was clean and had a play area for those with small children. However the service was very poor. The person who took my order (may have been a manager black shirt). Was cold and unfriendly which was odd because upon entering I noticed her laughing and joking with friends/customers although my customer experience was lack luster. Another thing when going to McDonald's (for me at least) the fries are a huge factor, mine were cold and my McChicken was hard/stale/old. When mentioning my complaints regarding my order I was met with irritation and a very rude attitude which robs the customers of a pleasant experience. The deals are great, the restaurant is nice although poor customer service is why I rated it so low. Especially coming from someone who's worked and managed in customer service I know how much of an impact it can make. Hopefully things improve.

Everything with my order was great except for the deluxe chicken sandwich all I removed was tomatoes and y’all must’ve thought it was funny to take out the chicken too huh. Yea I received a chicken sandwich with no chicken count yall days

This is one of the few McDonald's that have actively said word for word that they don't prioritize curbside pickup. Why have the system if half the time I have to walk in to get my order?
Good chunk of the time too the food is cold, my order comes out wrong, or they have problems when I use the app and I don't get my order.
Food was fine but the prices were more expensive than other McDonald's.
