Submitted an app order for a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza. Went to pick it up when promised and it was ready to go. I received a friendly greeting upon arrival by the counter team member and was immediately given my pizza. It came out just about perfect and was quite tasty. Would definitely order here again.

Was in restaurant when the manager answered the phone after he let it ring numerous times. He complaining as he answered it. The entire time he had an attitude and was extremely curt. We choose not to eat there. If this is proof of phone service I pass on food service

Pizza Hut is the best chain pizza! Very busy when we went. Pickup order took 40+ minutes instead of 20 minutes indicated. Decor is circa 1980's. Nostalgic but an update is in order. Great Pizza was worth the wait I guess.

the food was great, but the service was horrible. I wish I had spent my money and time somewhere else. I didn't get greeted and then after a few minutes I was ask who I was here to pick up for. I gave my name and 1 of the 2 younr women walk to get my food ,sat it in the counter and walked away. I said thanks have a great night. no response. there was someone sitting on the bench by the door and they responded.

As a former manager of a pizza place I would be completely appalled with my employees!!! Worst pizza Iāve ever had!!! Order a supreme and this is what I get, a cold soggy over cheesed pizza with next to no toppings and I ordered wings and I get dry old cold wings and then when I try calling the store they refuse to answer if I could give zero stars I wouldā¦
I threw this exactly where it belonged, in the trash!!! I will be going up there tomorrow and expecting my money back
