I ordered a route 44 coke and a jr burger, they put way to much ice in my drink. I guess everyone around that sonic likes ice or something.

I actually wasn't even able to place an order. After repeating the first portion of my order at the drive-thru three times, I was given a total and apparently their headset was turned off. I stated repeatedly that I had more food that I wanted to order, and was met with silence.

If they can't even take my order, how can I reasonably assume they'll even make it properly? If I could give zero stars, I would.

Got order wrong, I asked for my burger to not have vegetables and when I get home full of vegetables, called to let them know about it and not even an apology. Them the expect me to come back with the burger for them to replace it. I asked I want the burger with only cheese, mayo, mustard and ketchup. The worst part of this is not even an apology for their error. Sonic do better!!!!

So I was looking on the website and it was showing their specials. when I got to the drive-through, I tried to order the special. The drive-through female was saying it was only an online order. so I ordered online with the mobile app. Meanwhile, she’s trying to tell me to go park in one of the stalls, however, there was nobody behind me.
She was very rude and unprofessional!!! Sonic really needs to hire better staff, they need to look to hire better service for customers!!!

Went to Sonic in Coolidge Az today & was very disappointed in the food & service... received the wrong hamburger toppings then they gave us French fries that were barley warm... dont understand why they won't just make the food fresh when you order it!!!! Very Disappointed in Sonic!!!!!

Everytime we come here our order is wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. why is it wrong? Because children are running the place. They don’t care. We spent $50 on food as a treat for the family and all I wanted was a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. There was only one other person at the restaurant when we arrived & our order was submitted 10 minutes prior to showing up.
After waiting 25 minutes (seriously???) our food was cold and I get home to find the bacon missing from my burger, and zero garlic butter on it.
Just a soggy sop of mess with a tower of onions & cheese.
That bacon they jipped me on is $2-what about the garlic butter? Imagine all the other ingredients that other people get jipped on everyday..think how much $ that saves them..
My meal was $15 by itself and looks like garbage.
Both my husbands burgers were burnt & my kids burgers looked like they had been assembled with fallen scraps from the floor.
This place needs to be shut down at this point.
Between the THEFT and constant mistreatment from the kids ‘running’ the place-they have no business being a BUSINESS.
I’ve been dealing with them & cutting them slack, giving benefit of the doubt any time I go there.
Not anymore.
Another lady was there before us waiting even longer and when she asked how much longer it would be, the child employee gave her an attitude and said ‘ma’am I’m sorry-we only have 2 cooks right now’ you could tell by her tone she wasn’t genuinely apologizing but annoyed at the lady for asking. Several people came and went before this poor lady got her one item. She was there when the place was empty & she wasn’t prioritized.
Neither were we.
This place is a joke. I’ll be filing a complaint.

This is a good place to stop for lunch, food has been fresh, hot and delicious every time I have eaten here. They are right off the hwy easy access, good price, fries are always crispy and hot. Burgers are really good , fresh condiments, fast friendly service. Plenty of parking.

They have really good food but they have really really bad poor customer service and they have really bad drive-thru times you know they're a fast food place for a reason meaning they get your order they give it to you you get out of there you should not have to wait 10-15 minutes for your order in the drive through but their customer service and their attitudes suck like today me and my sister went to the location here in Coolidge and we ordered the number three and the Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger just a sandwich well I forgot to tell them on the number three no onion no pickle so when we got to the window I told the lady who is at the register that I forgot to say no pickle no onion well she got an attitude with me because I didn't say that at the window and they already made the hamburger like really you're going to get upset with a customer because they forgot to say that they didn't want onion and pickle on their hamburger like there's no reason to get an attitude about that and I even told her I said look if it's going to be a problem then I'll just pay to have another one made but they gave it to me without onion and pickle but not without making a big deal of it and this isn't their first time I've dealt with bad attitudes over here they need to quit hiring Young people and get some older people in there that know how to treat customers properly and it's to the point where I'm just going to start going to Wendy's I don't want to be treated like crap because I forgot to say that I don't want onion and pickle on my hamburger you know fast food is all about serving the customers giving them what they want and if you get an attitude then you shouldn't be working in customer service when i go to a restaurant i want to feel welcome not like i am bothering someone or interrupting what they are doing and looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one complaining about attitudes

I see there attitudes haven't changed they really got to do something about this because there attitudes stink and plus waiting on my food and they want to sit there and talk like really this place is getting worse maybe should call corporate and say something then there hamburger like the number one they dont put no lettuce or tomatoes on it like really

Me and my sister just went to Sonic and they are the about the slowest people I've ever met in my life I'm pretty sure all these fast food places have a time limit of when they are supposed to take the order make the food give the customer their food not sit there and let them wait for however long they want them to wait and what fast food joint does not take $100 bill you would think with as much money as these people make they would be able to take $100 bill you know what if you didn't have any debit card or anything like that and all you had was $100 bill on you you would have to go to Circle K or somewhere get it broke and then come back wait in line and then pick up your order like really everybody else in Coolidge takes $100 bill these guys are the only people that do not take it I'm getting to the point where I don't even want to go there anymore they are very slow they are very rude yeah they got good food but it's not worth it in my opinion
