I gave this a 3… Im not one to post reviews, but I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service from this location. The worker Heli that worked today 8/7 had horrible attitude and was very rude, rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked for a cup of water for my daughter! I love Starbucks and the staff but this was one of the worse services I’ve ever experienced. I understand it’s only one person and your about to close but please let us customers know nicely you...

Is there any training at this location? Who is in charge? I was here first thing in the morning all the tables were disgustingly dirty, and obviously had not been cleaned from the day prior. We got 2 carmel Fraps, and they were the worst I've ever had, and I've been to Starbucks in more than 10 states.

Best Starbucks we love the staff. All of them. They are so personable, They care about everyone, very engaging, know there product and we always go with tbere suggestions and we have never been dissapointed. We love it tbere. My Sister and I go all the time. Thank u.
