If I could give a no star, I would. I'm not from here and the service or lack of it is deplorable! For a small town, I guess he ("Jay") thinks that no one would care if his attitude is garbage; there's a lot of new houses being built and new people moving here and I'm 1 of those people. I do not / will not accept rudeness from anyone! And no, I'm not saying they should bow down and kiss my feet; I was cordial in the beginning I showed them common courtesy and he gets ignorant. If I'm cordial, you give me that back. I don't take too disrepect and I actually cussed out the boy, he was rude and tried to hurry me up, another customer came in for an online that wasn't even started. Jay (what he said his name was) was clearly having a bad day. He even said I could complain to the franchise owner and he said nothing would be done. There's a problem if employees can do what they want without penalty. Yes, yes, I did write a complaint, small town or not, people will not go there if they aren't treated work respect. Bad reviews are bad for business, franchise owner, you need to clean up shop (lastly and figuratively) otherwise that business is not going be what you want it to be. I don't go there often, after this, I will never go to this location again.

If you're new to Coolidge, don't bother going here unless you want to be talked to like you're an idiot.

PS, complain to subway, otherwise customer service will never be what it should be.

Empathetic Pleasure

If you have special requests such as dietary restrictions this is not the subway for you.
Almost the entire staff including management, has a problem with changing gloves in between making new sandwiches and when you ask them they get upset, which then makes the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. This is the closest subway to my home however I'd rather drive to a different city for subway than to eat here. My hope is no one else has to feel this way when entering an establishment where customer service should be the priority.

Dietary restrictions: There might be one person if you're lucky that cares.

I do doordash and every time I come in here it’s a problem. Today they outright refused to give me the order, serviced 3 customers that were standing in line while the order that I was picking up was just sitting on the back counter. All they had to do was put the sandwich in the order pickup and I would have been on my way. Worst part is that the general manager was there and participated in this little game. Guess he don’t like making his company money. Sandwich wasn’t for me it was for someone else.

I placed an online order. When I got there, they couldn’t find the order. I showed the order on my phone. The lady called the manager. The manager said they would not do anything about it. I should dispute the charge. Terrible customer service. They really don’t care. I’ll just spend my money somewhere else. They obviously don’t need the support.

Very fast service, but it was very pricey. $35 for 2 subs and 3 cookies. ? Worst than the one at the airport.

I been to this subway a lot of time without any problems this time i ordered online for a pick up and guess I clicked on each of the sauces to make sure it had med on there and clicked back off not knowing it was taking the stuff back off the sandwiches. when I got home it was nothing on the sandwich so I went back to have them fix it and he offered mayo and mustard packs I told him I wanted honey mustard and so on. I ordered veggies sandwiches so it's not like I wanted meat i just sauces and they could have put it on the sandwiches I brung back in, I wasn't asking for new sandwiches. The man was so rude I just asked for a refund. I was not paying 18.00 for bread and a few sides. I WOULD NOT BE BACK. He really need to learn customer service I'll drive to casa grand fire house subs before I spend my money there.

Horrible customer service, asked for the key to the bathroom in 2 separate occasions and lady rudely answers and proceeded to ignore me so I gave up, every time I’ve spoken to her she has been rude. Mila I think her name is

Absolutely the worst experience in a food chain yet! Not only was I told the App did not register my order to the store but, I was also discriminated against. I had to pay double +!! Double meat? Not in my sandwich, bread tasted like cardboard. Come on Subway Franchise, FINE this business!! #

I ordered a deluxe BMT for extra money. Normally don't have a problem. When I addressed it and another sandwich that mustard had been added to. They remade that mustard sandwich. The lady in the red shirt told me "I counted all 9 pieces myself". Well this is the sandwich I ALWAYS order and it has never been like this. The picture of the 2 sandwiches one is regular and one is a deluxe. The one on the left was a regular and the deluxe is on the right. I wasn't rude until she got an attitude.

If you're looking for a place where customer service goes to die, look no further than the Subway in Coolidge, AZ. I thought I was walking into a sandwich shop, but apparently, I stumbled into a clandestine workshop dedicated to crushing dreams. My wife, bless her heart, just wanted a few more olives on her footlong tuna sandwich. Seems like a reasonable request, right? Wrong.

The response from the staff was as cold and disheartening as a cucumber that's been left out in the desert sun. They acted like we had asked them to donate a kidney. I half expected them to start a Kickstarter campaign for their precious olives. “Sorry, we can’t give you more olives,” they said, as if handing out extra olives would somehow undermine the very fabric of their existence.

The olive shortage wasn’t the only thing that made this visit unforgettable. I can’t decide if the staff was more committed to maintaining their olive scarcity or if they were practicing for an audition in the next season of “The Walking Dead” with their zombie-like customer service. Either way, the experience left us feeling more hollow than a sandwich with too few olives.

If you want to test your patience and experience a level of service that will make you question humanity, swing by this Subway. Just be prepared to leave empty-handed, not just in olives, but in satisfaction and basic human decency.
