Had a great experience at Taco Bell thanks to Lily! She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit quick and easy. The food was fresh, delicious, and hit the spot. Really appreciated her positive attitude she made my night. I’ll definitely be coming back for more soon! This Taco Bell is the best one i’ve had in Arizona by far.

I eat here every week. The staff are always very sweet & they try really hard. Sadly my orders are always wrong. Last time when I went through the drive through my entire order was wrong and they forgot my chicken straps. I had to take the food into the restaurant. They had to remake all 3 boxes i ordered. I asked for No lettuce, got lettuce on everything, I asked for 2 boxes with ground beef and 1 box with chicken on the taco bell side. All 3 were chicken. Quite a few people were in the restaurant waiting for their food. It was a 15 to 20 minute wait for your order & then nearly everyone got a wrong order. My wait in the drive through was about 25 minutes, then having to go inside to get my order redone took about another 27 minutes. It was still wrong when redone but since it was nearly an hour I just took what I got ans went home. Its so sad because everyone working there is so nice, calm even when really busy & everything is going wrong. Never an attitude from anyone working. It's so sad because they have a great team. I don't know if they need a new manager or if it's something else because they just can't seem to get orders out quick or right. With the smiles & good attitudes from the employees it has the potential to be a great place.

It's 110 degrees today and the A/C is BROKEN!!! Your better of at the taco tralier town the road were there is a breeze. WHY ARE YOUR DOORS STILL OPEN!! TACO BELL MORE LIKE TACO HELL!!!!!

Food was amazing, every time I come to town I make sure I stop at kfc/tacobell I love the employees and the food is always fresh and amazing, employees take the time to listen and always have a smile on their faces

how does a taco bell not carry jalapeños if its on the menu at least this is what the guy told me8k. paid extra for them. then I asked how can I get my money back and the guy shook his head rolled his eyes then walk away from me. he was in a maroon shirt and working on July 7th at 5:10 pm and he should be FIRED!! that is not how you treat a paying customer when asked how I was gonna get my money back for something they don't have. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Spent $52 at this Taco Bell/KFC combo and honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Every taco we ordered was wrong. The “hard” tacos were soggy and falling apart, and the chicken we got from the KFC side was literally burnt. Like how does that even make it out the kitchen?
They’ve clearly put money into remodeling the inside, but instead of improving the customer experience, they took away the cashier. Now you’re forced to order on a screen, wait forever, and still end up with a messed-up order. I even asked them, “Is everything correct?” and they said “yes.” Should’ve known better—got home and of course, half the stuff is wrong.
Just a huge letdown. If I’m dropping $50+ at Taco Bell, I expect at least one thing to be right. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Seems like they get rid of bad food through the drive thru window instead of writing off and getting rid of the garbage.
It is sad Taco Bell can’t even produce 5 crunchy tacos, not even one out of 5.
I was looking forward to crunchy tacos.
I guess I will either eat at home or travel to Casa Grande and look for a crunchy taco.

We waited a ridiculously long time for our food. When we went through the drive thru, they had us park and said they'd bring our food to our vehicle. It took 15 full minutes to get our food and when we did receive our order, it was wrong. This was so frustrating. The employees were kind and they did fix it but to wait for so long and be missing an item, it was disappointing. We will not be visiting this location again.

The service here is typically fast friendly and consistent. The food quality is what should be expected from a fast food restaurant. The dining area is usually clean with a friendly atmosphere. Great place to go for a quick bite if you have a family like mine, split on what to eat. Chicken vs. Tacos here. Besides, where else can you get a Sweet Lightning-Baja Blast Mountain Dew?
