Tags Café is a true gem in Coolidge! Everything we ordered—open-faced pot roast, corned beef hash & eggs, chimichanga, and biscuits & gravy—was delicious and very reasonably priced. The customer service was outstanding! The owner offered me a taste of their split pea soup on my way out, and it was so good I ordered some to go. She even refused to take my money, saying she was just happy I enjoyed it. Incredible food, warm hospitality—can’t wait to go back!

The food is a true celebration of comfort and flavor. My family and I had the pleasure of indulging in several standout dishes that left us thoroughly impressed. The **open-faced roast beef** was a highlight, featuring tender slices of beef generously piled on top of bread with fluffy mashed potatoes, all smothered in rich, savory gravy. Each bite was a warm hug, perfect for anyone craving a hearty meal. The **humongous chimichanga** was another showstopper. It was packed with flavorful fillings and fried to golden perfection, making it a satisfying choice for those with a big appetite that likes a little spice. I personally savored the **corned beef hash and eggs over medium**, paired with crispy hash browns. The corned beef was perfectly seasoned, and the eggs were cooked just right, with the yolks providing a delightful creaminess that tied the dish together. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making for a perfect breakfast combination. 🤗 Hospitality The hospitality at Tag's Cafe is truly exceptional. The owner, who is nothing short of angelic, went above and beyond by sending me home with some **homemade split pea soup**. This thoughtful gesture made my visit even more special. The soup was rich and flavorful, with a velvety texture that was simply to die for. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about their customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like family. 💰 Value for Money Tag's Cafe offers incredible value for the quality and quantity of food served. The generous portions and reasonable prices make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a satisfying meal without overspending. You truly get more than your money's worth here. Tag's Cafe is a culinary treasure that offers delicious food and heartfelt hospitality. From the open-faced roast beef to the humongous chimichanga and the delightful corned beef hash, every dish is crafted with care. The owner's kindness in sharing homemade split pea soup exemplifies the warm atmosphere that makes this cafe so special. I feel blessed to have discovered this gem and can't wait to return for more delightful meals!

We had family in from out of town and decided to have breakfast at Tags Cafe. From the moment we walked in we were greeted friendly and promptly sat at a great table. The food and drinks were perfect, the food was awesome and tasty. But we do want to commend the best waitress we’ve ever had at any restaurant we’ve been to. She was quick, knew every item on the menu and refilled all our drinks. We had 7 people in our party and not one mistake on our order. The waitress could not have done a better job serving us and we will be back more often. Thank you for a great meal and experience. You represent Coolidge nicely ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My buddy and I was working on hwy 79 but was staying here in town, we came here on a Saturday morning, had breakfast, it was great!! People were great and service was really good, we ate here quite often after that, dinner to and it was great to, that was in 2017 and I remember it still! Coming to Prescott Az in July '25 and will be bringing my bother here! Looking forward to it!

I used to eat here all the time when I worked in the area, and I just had to stop since I was close. It was just as good as I remembered, and the house made salsa is so good you will want to put it on everything.

Tags Cafe: A Solid, Classic Small-Town Breakfast Spot 🍳🥞
Alright, so let's talk about Tags Cafe! I'd say this is an average breakfast place. If you're totally looking for that small-town, old-school breakfast vibe, then this is definitely it!
Honestly, no complaints here. The food was good, and the service was good too. It's exactly what you'd expect from a classic diner. They don't really have any fancy specials or modern type drinks or cuisine, which is fine, it's just that old-time feel.
I probably wouldn't go out of my way specifically for Tags Cafe, but if you're in the area or just driving through, it's a good, reliable spot to stop for a solid breakfast. It gets the job done! 👍

It reminds me of a restaurant in Illinois where my grandma worked. And I miss it and her.
