The manager working this morning is unprofessional, ignorant and quite honestly an imbecile. My best friend of over 20 years is traveling and calls me in tears because of how she was treated at this location. Trying to fill her vehicle with gas using a gift card she has used around the country, he berated her loudly in front of other guests, all because in his ignorance he couldn't figure out how to use the gift card. I don't usually post rants, but... a Pilot employee, backed by the store manager, yelled at my 16-yo daughter to move our truck, towing a 30 foot travel trailer, away from the unoccupied Tesla spaces. She had to dodge semis and navigate another Pilot parking lot designed by a drunken 6-year old to move the vehicle. Their reason? "TESLA owners get SUPER mad if ANY of their spots are blocked."
