Perfect stop between Prescott and Phoenix if you need to take a break.

The manager working this morning is unprofessional, ignorant and quite honestly an imbecile. My best friend of over 20 years is traveling and calls me in tears because of how she was treated at this location. Trying to fill her vehicle with gas using a gift card she has used around the country, he berated her loudly in front of other guests, all because in his ignorance he couldn't figure out how to use the gift card. He didn't stop there... he even followed her outside yelling and calling her crazy. This manager needs to be removed or held accountable. My friend had to get gas elsewhere, then stop and collect herself before she could drive. I suggest his supervisors, district staff review the cameras and address this behavior, people use pilot because it's safe, and for the most part the staff is helpful, not this man.

When I think PJ fresh I think of the hot bar with pizza or other things not hotdogs on a roller .

I don't usually post rants, but... a Pilot employee, backed by the store manager, yelled at my 16-yo daughter to move our truck, towing a 30 foot travel trailer, away from the unoccupied Tesla spaces. She had to dodge semis and navigate another Pilot parking lot designed by a drunken 6-year old to move the vehicle. Their reason? "TESLA owners get SUPER mad if ANY of their spots are blocked." We left 3 spots open, no TESLA users. "So," I asked, "Where do you want me to leave my vehicle while we use the restroom and buy merch?" The manager recommended I take one of the Semi parking spots or go across the freeway to the McDonalds and walk back. #TeslasAreBetterThanTruckers #pilottravelcenter #pilottruckstop #quitscaringmykid #wtf BTW, she drove and backed the 30 foot trailer like a BOSS. And I turned in myPilot rewards card. #NOPE

The Subway inside this Pilot was rude about the acceptance of the mobile app for Subway and made my wife and I embarrassed.
