The appetizer, brat bites, came out looking beautiful and tasting so delicious. The meal just got better from there. They are serving quality you would expect in a big city, this place is truly a gem in the middle of nowhere.

Food was fantastic, portions are perfect. Definitely worth it. If ai could eat here more often I would. 10/10 highly recommend this place. It is really a hidden gem. It’s a bit on the more expensive side but I cant complain about that when the food is that good. The atmosphere is great, service is beyond kind and extremely helpful. You can tell that the people take pride in their work. Truly one of the best places I have ever eaten at.

A real gem in out of the way Cornville (worth the drive!). Terrific traditional German entrees and lots of contemporary offerings as well elk and bison offerings. Great dessert offerings.

Manzanita had been on my list to try for over a year - I can’t believe I waited so long. This place is DELICIOUS! Wiener schnitzel is one of my favorite dishes ever and this one was perfect. Melt in your mouth fork tender. My friend got the one with the gravy and it was so rich and comforting - I’m not a gravy person but would probably order this one next time. The only thing I would have liked is roasted potatoes as a choice for a side with the mains. We also had tempura green beans and crab cakes - both very good but not as stunning as the 2 schnitzels. We also both had clam chowder and it was crave-able. And the service and local wine selections were five stars. Definitely recommend!

Of all the beauty surrounding the Verde Valley and Sedona, Manzanita Restaurant may be the best kept hidden gem. The unassuming location will not awe you with beautiful red rock backdrops, but once you step inside, none of that will matter any more.

We came for our anniversary and the setting was perfectly romantic and intimate. The staff treated us like family, offering to take our picture in multiple locations and providing a celebratory dessert.

The space is warm and inviting, offering old warm charm that eludes most modern restaurants. The service is top notch, your drinks will remain filled, the free bread will keep arriving hot at your table, and your server will offer expert insight into every dish. Most importantly, the food is interesting and delicious. Try the venison special, the elk steak, the fish special, or any of the German specialities. For an appetizer, the salmon crepe is addictive. If you are looking for something off the beaten path, far from the pricey, trendy, and generic food in Sedona, come here and experience a uniquely local and exquisite Arizona restaurant.

Food was delicious, from the fresh baked bread to the sauerbraten! Friendly team working there. A hidden gem in Arizona!

We dined there 2 days ago. Had seen it on Google and it had good ratings. I had pumpkin soup and schweinhaxe. Soup was great, creamy, a touch of sweetness. If you get the schweinhaxe, plan for leftovers, it's huge and falling off the bone tender, no knife needed. It also had lots of ....sauce? Cooking juice?-- so it was perfect for throwing in my side of spatzle in the sauce and eating it with a spoon. Hubby got Jaeger schnitzel -- not on the menu, just as for it -- and side of warm German potato salad. Both so good. Great atmosphere, not noisy, soft soundtrack of Coffee House Covers played. You can get a copy of the pumpkin aoupyrecipe on the way out the door.

Wiener schnitzel brought some memories, the pork shank was great in size, and seasoned well. Service was polite and attentive. I did not expect this type of dining with a European vibe far from a major city.

We absolutely loved this restaurant! We were staying nearby and found the restaurant through Google, and the menu sounded good. The restaurant had a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. I had wine, a salad, and the Mediterranean Salmon while my husband had beer, clam chowder, and the Elk Steak. We were too full for dessert, but the desserts looked amazing! Everything was wonderful, and the owners and staff were so welcoming and personable.
