Earlier this afternoon I saw a horrible act and poor judgement of the manager I believe. I have seen him before in the Prescott valley location and my family avoid going there when we do see him. I saw an elderly couple walk out and the manger goes out chasing them out and attacks the senior man to the ground.
The wife tries to get him off her husband and he then pushes her to the ground. An ambulance was called.
He had always been very rude and short temper. He's always yelling at costumers the women workers inside seemed to find it funny how disgusting. I hope there higher up aren't as rude and poor character. Will be making reports and calling to have this fixed. And will be warning on social media of both places of this management or traveling worker what ever he is. Not sure if he's mental case, racist, or just a psychopath.
But will be warning and reaching out to who ever can fix this issue and helping the elder couple with this case.

Was not very busy and the employees were cleaning when I came in. Had a milkshake and everyone was friendly and my milkshake was very good. Had a good selection on donuts and accessories avaliable. Used the bathroom while I was waiting and it was clean and stocked. I will be back again for the spooky treats with my daughter.

They only have one flavor of non-dairy ice cream even though I have been told multiple times they “rotate the non-dairy flavors” and now they don’t have any non-dairy flavors at all. Super frustrating when it’s listed on the menu.

We had a great experience at this Baskin Robbin’s. Tristan greeted us immediately as we came in, let us ask questions and gave us a sample of a flavor we were curious about. The ice cream we bought was great, and the service was even better. We are from out of town and just visiting, but if we are ever back in town we will visit again.

The workers were rude, and extremely sassy. You literally get paid to give customers service. It shouldn’t be hard. Tristan and Joselyn I hope you guys give better customer service. Especially since I was being nice up until you guys started being rude.

Much better with new management! The middle aged man that was apparently the old “manager” helped the other workers mug me ? I was a kid then so I only had $10 bucks but they still stole it from me. (And no I’m not talking about “getting a refund”, I was literally mugged and they ran.)
But there’s a bunch of nice younger people now :) awesome service now! I’m guessing old guy was fired (as he should have)

Ordered a birthday cake online but decorater was out w/covid. Would've been a bummer but BR made it right w/o having to be asked. When I went in to pick out another cake the person who helped me was friendly & helpful. Love the ice cream cakes & always order them for b-days. Prices are reasonable & I've never been disappointed in the quality.

Lauren, the cake decorator is literally the sweetest, most talented person ever. My son drew a picture of a cake he wanted (from his imagination) and she brought it to life! I am going to for sure use her for all of our future parties!!

Second time I have gone in for a cone and they are out of waffle cones. It seems to me that they should make sure they always have adequate supplies.

Good quality ice cream at a reasonable price. I will visit again. I do not recommend the peanut butter jelly ice cream, its a little too rich. The Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream is pretty good.
