Much better with new management! The middle aged man that was apparently the old “manager” helped the other workers mug me ? I was a kid then so I only had $10 bucks but they still stole it from me. (And no I’m not talking about “getting a refund”, I was literally mugged and they ran.)But there’s a bunch of nice younger people now :) awesome service now! I’m guessing old guy was fired (as he should have)

Ordered a birthday cake online but decorater was out w/covid. Would've been a bummer but BR made it right w/o having to be asked. When I went in to pick out another cake the person who helped me was friendly & helpful. Love the ice cream cakes & always order them for b-days. Prices are reasonable & I've never been disappointed in the quality.

Don't go here! At least don't mobile order here. The hours they have listed are not the hours they are actually open. The app will say it's open, allow you to order AND PAY but you'll show up to an empty building!!! Corporate just shrugs and says the store is independently owned. Worst. Service. Ever.

Lauren, the cake decorator is literally the sweetest, most talented person ever. My son drew a picture of a cake he wanted (from his imagination) and she brought it to life! I am going to for sure use her for all of our future parties!!

It would appear that there are staffing or management issues here. Staff must acknowledge drive thru customers within 30-60 seconds, even if they aren't able to take an order at that precise moment. Otherwise you just wonder if the store is closed. Went next door to Starbucks.

This location notes that they open at 4:30 am daily.As I had a meeting at 6:00 am, I stopped in at 5:30 am to pick up a dozen donuts. To my surprise and disappointment, there were no donuts available, the donut case was empty.The clerk said they wouldn't have donuts until later.Perhaps they should clarify and change their hours to "Dunkin' Coffee - 4:30 am to ?:?? am, "Dunkin' Donuts ?:?? am to 7:00 pm.

Good quality ice cream at a reasonable price. I will visit again. I do not recommend the peanut butter jelly ice cream, its a little too rich. The Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream is pretty good.

I am appalled by this store's no tipping policy. I don't care what sort of gift card giving program the company has for their employees, if these hardworking people are not able to accept tips in a customer service based tipping industry, the owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves. We live in a world in which a minimum wage job is basically useless for the needs of a grown adult, much less anyone who has dependents. I hope each employee is being hourly compensated for the loss in wages, but I doubt it. As customer and an American, I don't like anyone telling me I can't give a well-deserved tip to my friendly neighborhood food service worker.

It is difficult to find frozen yogurt, but Lauren at Baskin Robbins was able to do it for us. Not only did she cater to our needs of frozen yogurt, but she also perfected every specific request that my daughter made.
