This 50's diner is the real deal. We sat at the bar facing the cook. A basket of ripe tomatoes was in view, and another one of red onions. I watched as my burger and curly fries were cooked for me. Everything came out beautifully, and the cook and the waitresses asked if everything was satisfactory. The to experience was great and it capped off a wonderful motorcycle ride up Mingus Mountain.

I’m a General Manager at a tasting room in Old Town and often get asked where the best places to eat are. I usually say, “You can’t go wrong anywhere on this street.” Unfortunately, after my experience at Bing’s Burgers, I won’t be saying that anymore.

We ordered two burgers, a small fry, and two soft drinks — $39 with tip. After waiting about 30 minutes (while watching two to-go orders placed and served before ours), I asked why our food was taking so long. The woman working blatantly mocked me. The young man behind the counter did apologize, but after confronting her, she insisted I was rude for asking, argued that it had “only been 25 minutes,” and lectured me on the delay. When I said I wouldn’t be back, she replied, “Good.”

To make matters worse, the burgers themselves were not worth the wait — they used to be so much better. As someone who serves guests daily, I would never treat people that way. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and incredibly disappointing. Bing’s clearly doesn’t need my business, and I’ll make sure to let others know it’s not the place to go.

Clean and fun atmosphere
Reasonable prices on most things- a few things are on the pricey side for portion/what it is.

I want to thank Bings Burger Station for the kindness they showed us. Last week we found out that our beloved dog Max has cancer and is in a lot of pain. We decided to take him on one last road trip through Northern Arizona to enjoy his favorite things. While passing through Cottonwood, we stopped at Bings Burger Station for a bite to eat.

Not only was the place pet-friendly, but when I shared Max’s story, the staff went above and beyond. They gifted Max a burger and ice cream for his last meal. Brent even took the time to share some heartfelt words with us, reminding us that Max had faithfully served his duty as a loving companion to our family.

It meant the world to us during such a difficult time. Thank you, Bings Burger Station, and thank you Brent, for your compassion and kindness. We will always remember it.

So impressed with the quality of our burger and sweet potato fries! Try the bing sauce. We thought the owner offered exceptional service by checking in on our meal and clearing our table. Worth the drive from Sedona!

We were visiting Sedona and stopped in Cottonwood after a hike. We walked in and went to the counter and the three gentleman working did not acknowledge or greet us. We stood by the register and nobody came over. It wasn’t until a couple came in a few minutes later that we realized we needed to write down our order on a menu sheet. It would have been very easy for the staff working to tell us this. Once we wrote our order we went up to the counter and were told our order was confusing and that each customer needed their own ordering form. I informed the man working that this would have been helpful information to have. Also, we ordered a shake, sunday and malt so not sure why we would need three separate sheets. The drinks and sunday were very good we just didn’t get a super welcoming feeling. Another family came in about ten minutes after us and sat at a table. One of the servers was sat at the bar and again didn’t tell them they needed a sheet to order. Just some feedback for the owners that non locals won’t know the ordering process. (Also, the ordering forms are not in a spot you’d hold even notice.)
