Local food. Not fancy but good.
Great little place for delicious Mexican food! The only thing I didn't like was the coffee - tasted like old Folgers, other than that, the food was great! Breakfast Burrito had lots of flavor and the pancakes super fluffy!
Husband had the cheese enchiladas with chorizo and I had the amigos scrambles. Both were good, like home cooking which we appreciated. We will be back and try something different. Will update then if we have a change in opinion.
Clean, Good food, great service, Good menu ? even have breakfast.
I really enjoy coming to this restaurant, the food is delicious and they are very flexible with small modifications or additions to their dishes. Service is prompt and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.
It was my first time there. The food was great and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be back!
Good place to grab a Mexican breakfast or lunch. Never did dinner here.
Yes! I love this place. Best Mexican food in the Cottonwood area. I had the Bochas breakfast burrito. Boy, oh boy it was good!!
+JMJ Wednesday 2 November 2022. Well this café (restaurant) is going to become one of my favorite dining places. The decor is so very appealing featuring much of this Mexican & American food restaurant's South of the Border traditions: Canvas wrap images of wild horses, lassoes, cowboy statues and very decorative wooden chairs featuring coffee cup cut outs. Also, there are several watering well structures on the property. Some as decoration as you enter the property and a few situated towards the back of the building are for sale. The server is a nice young lady who was efficient, courteous and very busy with the increasing number of patrons. When I arrived, sometime before 11 am, there was only two tables of diners. But, then the restaurant started filling up. The menu is several pages and features many Breakfast items and what I consider typical American dishes. However, there are plenty Mexican dishes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I selected the Pulled Pork Chimichanga meal. Chimichanga was huge with sides of beans, rice, sour cream, and a different type of Pico de gallo. All very tasty. Not spicy, but I asked for and received a red and a green hot sauce. The ambience was enhanced by traditional music and evoked a family-like atmosphere with the arrival of a couple with what sounded like a toddler. This was a very pleasant first visit and I am going to try to dine here more often and encourage others (through this review) to do the same. Lastly, they have an added bonus of opening very early in the morning. This is a good thing when many other restaurants aren't open until 11 am. Oh! Something else. I was super full but decided to order a dessert to go. The chocolate Flan is a large serving and looks and was smelling mouth watering delicious. I resisted to take a bite. I will share an update on that later. Stop in for a meal, you will be pleased with your overall experience. Blessings!
Vegetarian options: Menu features specifically vegetarian meals
Kid-friendliness: The menu features a Kid's section
Parking: Lots of parking practically all around the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spaces specific for wheelchair patrons are near the restaurant's entrance. And, a ramp labeled for wheelchair use is available.

Nice little locally-owned restaurant serving American and Mexican food. Breakfast and lunch, and you can get breakfast all day.
Great restaurant. Clearly a mix of an experienced American chef and authentic Mexican cuisine.
Not bad & quite inexpensive comparatively to other mexican restaurants i had breakfast & a lunch to go which was under 20 for both & drinks are 2 refillable once, there is even a child (under 11) or over 60 menu prices are bout 6-7 including a drink place is near dennys
Stopped here for breakfast and we're coming back! It was delicious! The staff are really nice too!
We thought we try this place. Small but cozy. We ordered breakfast. I had the chilqueas. Red sauce had no flavor. Beans were cold. Eggs were ok. My husband denver omelet was not best either. Toast never came. He was almost done. But I asked for it anyways. Toast was ice cold. When it came to the table. Butter was frozen. Not much on our plates. When we left. We seen taco bell. Yes! We were still hungry.
