We did the drive-thru. Gave our orders. Food took a bit to come out. My husband had to ask for a receipt after paying and receiving our food. Come to find out they charged us $1.00 donation without asking! Not ok

If you like to be ignored or deal with employees who have a bad attitudes, go here. They never seem to be open on time. Went this morning 2-14-25 at 6:15am and sat in the drive thru with no response and then went to go i, and the door was locked. Someone was there, but they obviously own the place and choose their own random hours. It really sucks because I really like Carls Jr. And it used to be my main place to go. I'd say 70% of the time the food is luke warm when you get it. Who wants a burger when it's just warm!? There burritos look like they are a large taco that someone sat on. I could go on and on, but I think my point is made. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I pulled up to drive-through to place my order. I wanted to use my happy hour discount.
It was the first time I used any of these discounts, and I wasn’t sure how to go about placing the order to receive my discount. The girl at the window did not know what she was doing. She was getting very frustrated because I was asking her questions. She finally said she was getting her manager and slammed the window. The manager comes over and yells you have to order online get out of my drive up. I have other people waiting. I pulled up about 10 feet in drive up. Nobody was behind us. I placed my order online now that I knew how to do it. I drove back around the building to the drive up. I was not greeted. Nothing was said to me, they handed me my order and that was it.

This is not the first time I have dealt with the manager at this Carl’s Jr. He has always been extremely rude. The last time I ate inside the Carl’s Jr. Amanda I am assuming is the manager‘s brother they look very much alike was working on his car in the driveway and then will come and walk through the kitchen to the back is very unprofessional. I don’t know how sanitary this guy was. My problem is I like Carl’s Jr. food and this is the only one around.

When we did get our order, the waffle fries were cold, Not warm actually cold. And the big Carl was lukewarm.

We walked in for breakfast, and the whole placed reeked of burnt grease. The counter worker said nothing, so we asked if they were still serving breakfast. She sharply said "no, we stopped." We asked what time they served breakfast until, and after a long pause "uh.....10:30." When we looked at the time, it was 10:25. So, they apparently don't SERVE breakfast until 10:30.
Posted hours are posted for a reason.
Not surprised, but truly unfortunate the sheer laziness of fast food service employees.

For the cost the quality of the product is just sub par. It tastes funny, and is sloppy, the employees go way overboard with the sauces. Everything is a complete mess. Seriously get tons of napkins when you order, then if in drive thru pull up front and grab more.. why because they never put any in the bag

The guy that helped me in the drive thru at 9:30pm on Monday was incredibly rude, didn't make the drinks how I asked as I wanted a medium sprite and 2 large drinks as a Dr pepper and rootbeer and instead gave me a large sprite, large rootbeer and a large dr pepper. He was complaining about not hearing me over the speaker but when I got to the window he had airpods in with the headset on, I asked for a medium combo and 2 large combos and got 3 medium fries instead, do they only sell 1 size for the fries? The food is fine but that was terrible service.
