FYI: IF you are going to sell Cowboy cookies at $4.00 each, you should sell fresh ones. I bought one Friday night and it was hard as a rock. I couldn't break it in two. The only way it was edible was to dunk it in coffee. Not acceptable at all. 👎

We grabbed a sandwich here a few months ago, which was amazing, so we thought we’d try some of their other offerings. We placed a take out order for the sample meat platter, side of beans, Colt slaw, and mac-n-cheese. All of the meats in the sample platter were so dry. The sides were all very by good but they couldn’t make up for the disappointing meat selection.

The BBQ Ribs I had were the most tender, flavorful, falling of the bone delicious I've ever had in my 70 years of eating Ribs! They were at least 1 to 1 1/2 inchs thick! COLT was recommended by my neighbor Mike & RoseAnn at the Thousand Trails outside of Cottonwood. Thanks for the best BBQ Ribs I've ever eaten.

This is a small place. While it is a sit-down and eat place, there is no table service. We ordered quite a bit of food, and it was priced fairly. The passion fruit margarita tasted pretty weak. Very little alcohol and the ice took up a lot of room. I was pretty disappointed. Our family didn't care for the garlic fries. The sampler Platter is big enough to share and still have leftovers. There are tons of sauces to choose from from sweet to spicy ! While the cornbread was good I'd pass on that price. My mother enjoyed the gluten free bread option. The kids menu is your typical basic menu. We don't go to cottonwood often but these staff were super nice and talkative. I would have liked a few other healthy options. We ended up taking home left overs and they did not taste great the second time much better fresh. We all enjoyed the decor and tons of souvenirs you can purchase including the bbq sauces !
Parking: Better off walking very limited parking.
Kid-friendliness: They have a basic kids menu chicken strips, grilled cheese not bbq items

My boyfriend and I came here and shared the sample platter of smoked meats and also got two side of mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was good, the sauces were good, but the meats, not so much. Disappointed. Not flavorful and dry. Not what I was looking forward to.
On the other hand, the atmosphere was nice and so was the host.
Just happened to walk upon this place. Walk in order at the front, take a seat a pick up your food when it's ready. Was pretty full when we got there, but fast service opens the tables pretty quick. I had the poached cod tacos, omg they were the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely visit again when in town!
