Horrible service even when it's not busy. Came in around 1pm about a week ago and left around 4pm and that wasn't because we wanted to be there. Had to go get a server to come to our table to take our order after sitting there for over an hour and then it took over an hour to even get our food. 3 hours in a restaurant is insane. Just saying. Most of the tables were empty. This was not the first time it has happened either. Black bear has lost our business.
Love their super taco salad
Seated quickly by Host/cashier who immediately greeted us when we entered. We are new to this restaurant. Server excellent. Food preparation excellent. Another server delivered piping hot plates! Great team work!
Left $10 tip. Will be back if in area.
