Perfect waiter, very sweet and helpful
Great wine, food and music!
Charming wine tasting room and bistro with ample seating and parking. Our Thursday evening excursion was delightfully enhanced by live music, augmenting our experience. However, the service was lacking, as our waiter hurried through the wine introduction and disappeared, leaving us to find someone to bring us water. Maybe a reason was that we had a Groupon.
Our venue impressions are mixed.
DA Vines is a welcome change from the other restaurants in Old Town Cottonwood. They have the best mussels, and the duck fat fries are to die for! Highly recommend their wines and brunch, as well.
The food is absolutely a hidden gem..some of the finest cuisine in the Verde Valley...then add awesome vino, impeccable service, great atmosphere and live music...our favorite new spot!
We had dinner after the wine tasting festival last week and the duck breast dish that was offered was outstanding. Some of the best mashed potatoes I have ever eaten!
Stopped by to try their wines. Nice selection of reds which is my preference. Wife and I both like their wines.Barkeep Oscar was fantastic, shared alot of information about wine we were clueless to even after years of drinking the grape.Great experience when in Cottonwood, AZ.
Great food. Fantastic wine. Super friendly service. Oscar was so warm and friendly and he even recommended other restaurants the in the area that we should try while on vacation in Sedona. Give this place a try. You won’t regret it!
DA Vines is awesome! The wine and food are great and the hospitality is first-rate!
Very good wines and our server was excellent. Nice place!!!

The hostess ( or manager, it’s hard to tell) of the institution was rude with us. We came with a dog, a Yorkshire Terrier and let her sit on a chair with a lining. The hostess rudely told us to remove the dog from the chair because she could be an allergen (Yorkers are hypoallergenic dogs). We have nothing against this, some people don't really like animals sitting on the furniture and there is no condemnation, but this is not a reason to rudely communicate with visitors. But, the waiter (a man with long hair and beard) was incredibly nice with us. He constantly checked so that we liked everything and we were satisfied. His service was amazing, grateful to him insanely. I advise you to visit this place for the sake of excellent service of waiters
Very good wine, generous pours. Friendly attentive service. Food looked and smelled very good but did not order myself.
Great wines and Suzanne doing the tasting was AMAZING. Highly recommend stopping in.

I dined at DaVine's beautiful Restaurant and Wine Bar last night; alone.I ordered the Cassoulet. In part because I didn't know what a cassoulet was and was in the mood for adventure. The Cassoulet is listed on their menu as an appetizer. It arrived in a small bowl with 7 thin baguette slices on the side. The bowl was filled with flavorful beans and diced sausage, topped with shredded duck that melts in your mouth.I noticed duck mentioned a few times on their menu (they know what they're doing!).Sometimes dining alone can feel lonely, but I found a spot at their beautiful bar. The staff made me feel most welcome.I kibits a bit with John about how they made their black flatware so shiny. Answer: vinegar. I wondered if that same trick worked on the glasses but he had to go. Next time then.Bartender Alex and I then struck up a conversation about the film industry. Good times.Lastly I want to talk about the acoustics in the restaurant. There was a large table that sat directly behind me the whole time I was there. I knew they were there, but I didn't hear them., This was remarkable for such a large group so close to me. This made me curious about their ceiling. Theirs is beautiful, with swags of fabric suspended. I suspect that has something to do with the amazing acoustics of the place.Thank you Gents for a wonderful evening.
