Definitely the worst DQ I’ve been to. This due to the execution of what I ordered. I ordered a double flamethrower. I didnt come with any bacon the tomato looked like it had been sitting out for a while . The lettuce was no where to be found The bun was smashed . The bun the was thinner than one patty . I order ranch on the side , charged me for it which is fine but I didn’t receive any ranch. Just kinda burnt about it I passed up panda and chipotle hoping to receive something I payed and ordered for but they couldn’t hold up there part. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone probably last time I eat at DQ in cottonwood .

I went to the Cottonwood DQ location this week and was absolutely disappointed. I used to go here with my family when I was younger and the employees have no care in the world now. I was treated with so much disrespect by this young lady whose name was on my receipt, “Amaya”. Not only that but she messed up my order TWICE. She should not be working here.

The drive thru worker was super rude. I’ve been to Dairy Queen multiple times and I’ve never seen her there, the new hire Jaylynn was super unfriendly. When me n my passenger got to the window she shoved the card taker in my face then when I told her excuse me she slam the window door on me and rolled her eyes . After she came back she turned my ice cream over and shoved that in my face then slammed the door AGAIN!? She needs to be fired immediately especially after the countless of 1 stars she is making Dairy Queen get ! Also the worker next to her with the burnt hair she needs to be checked too both those girls will tear down Dairy Queen without proper manners / respect put into place ! 1 out of 5 stars do better Dairy Queen!

Visited from out of town with my family and Max was an absolute delight! Perfect customer service, as helpful as could be, and so nice despite us coming in right before the dining room closed.

My order was wrong and the food was especially nasty. The lettuce and onion on my burger were old and wilted and the French fries were worse than McDonald's. I will not ever eat here again!
