So online it says the drive thru is open until 10 but I went at 9:15 the other night and noone answered...is that wrong?

I hate to say it, but this Cottonwood location has gone downhill. It's expensive and we ordered a large and medium ice cream and they were the same size, and both looked like a small one. I hope they can pull it together.

I purchased a hamburger on Thursday . I became violently ill an hour later. The meat tasted weird and I should have realized it was spoiled.

We've lived in Cottonwood for over 33 years. Dairy Queen is an icon in the area for food hamburgers and incredible ice cream delectables. We try to go at least every week to 2 weeks as we enjoy the food and ice cream

Sat in the drive thru for my entire 30 minute lunch break even though i only had ONE car in front of me. Finally got the window and waited almost 10 minutes before i finally got my 2 hotdogs which were barely warm. Not to mention I’m pretty sure theres some child labor happening at this store, the chick that handed me my food looked to be about 12 years old.
