Stale lemon donut. Not sure what happened. When we moved here they were always fresh. Maybe someone made a mistake or they are struggling and keeping stale donuts since Sedonuts opened.
I prefer Dunkin's lemon donut usually, but if this happens again, I'll switch.

Normally I go to Starbucks, but something told me to go to Dunkin and try the six dollar meal. Worst service ever the staff was very rude including the manager. Worst drive-through experience ever. The worker kept cutting me off and talking over me all I wanted was the bacon on the side because I can’t eat bacon and they kept insisting that they can’t put the bacon on the side. The food is okay, but the costumer service is terrible. They give you so much attitude. This location definitely needs to retrain the staff. Get you coffee at Starbucks or humanbean, they are nicer. As for the donuts sedonuts just opened, the quality is great and they are always friendly.

I ordered a large latte and a bagel at the drive thru. I asked for my large latte without ice and they said it would be too little because they only put the amount of coffee in it. Then I asked for more milk. When I paid and got my food, they were really upset and said "here's your mostly milk" sarcastically. I couldn't understand why they were being sarcastic and angry.

We came to order a couple cold drinks and the service through the drive thru was awful. They didn’t have enough stock to make a full drink. We ordered a chocolate cappuccino blast and a chocolate shake. The blast wasn’t to order and was not chocolate and the chocolate milk shake was like barely a chocolate milk with more milk. It was not a shake what so ever. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

The staff at this location are AMAZING! Always serve with a smile. Service is fast, accurate. Food is fresh and delicious. Even when very busy, the employees are so friendly and helpful. The ice cream cakes are beautiful and delicious.

Boy working was rude from the beginning Didn’t know how to make a one French vanilla with a shot , rang up 3 bags of coffee instead of 2 , girl came over rude , didn’t know how or why points taken off app didn’t give the free frozen coffee , said we could just leave not not without refunding out order , staff needs to be train on service and attitude

Very helpful and friendly staff. Cold brew with toasted almond was delicious as well as coffee cake muffin. I don't live here but visit occasionally and I'll be back and will recommend to others.
I only gave 3 stars because they always seem to be out of the donuts we want, and sometimes they have none at all. Not a good look for what is primarily a donut shop. However, the donuts are good when they have them.

Placed a mobile order at 7:30pm. They don't close until 9pm but the dining area was closed and I could see my drink sitting there, after trying the door a few times she motioned to go through the drive through. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or they normally close the dining room at that time. Google doesn't specify but there were multiple other people trying to go inside as well. Kinda inconvenient.
