My friend and I went to dunkin because I had just gotten a gift card to use up yesterday afternoon. Upon ordering at the drive thru, we had made a little error when we said what we wanted. We ordered two pistachio coffees and when asked for cream and sugar, we realized our mistake and reordered and got pistachio lattes before any order was sent in or paid for. The gentleman helping us was very rude to us, saying snarky comments on how a “latte and coffee are two different things” and he kept going on about our mistake. We said “okay” and drove to the window to collect our coffees. The lady at the window however was super polite and apologized for his behavior. I would go back here because of her but that gentleman made the experience embarrassing for us.

Never instock of things you want. Who would have guessed that a donut shop doesn’t have donuts. Tried calling the store to place a pick up order but the phone just rings. I guess sales is not a focus for the store here was trying to place a $200 order for a business function but had to give my business to some one else

Stood at the counter for several minutes as 3 employees carried on blissfully unaware of my presence. Donut case was picked clean so I just bailed (9am on a Saturday). If you’re indifferent about my patronage, I’m indifferent about spending my money here 🤷♂️

Stale lemon donut. Not sure what happened. When we moved here they were always fresh. Maybe someone made a mistake or they are struggling and keeping stale donuts since Sedonuts opened.
I prefer Dunkin's lemon donut usually, but if this happens again, I'll switch.

Normally I go to Starbucks, but something told me to go to Dunkin and try the six dollar meal. Worst service ever the staff was very rude including the manager. Worst drive-through experience ever. The worker kept cutting me off and talking over me all I wanted was the bacon on the side because I can’t eat bacon and they kept insisting that they can’t put the bacon on the side. The food is okay, but the costumer service is terrible. They give you so much attitude. This location definitely needs to retrain the staff. Get you coffee at Starbucks or humanbean, they are nicer. As for the donuts sedonuts just opened, the quality is great and they are always friendly.

I ordered a large latte and a bagel at the drive thru. I asked for my large latte without ice and they said it would be too little because they only put the amount of coffee in it. Then I asked for more milk. When I paid and got my food, they were really upset and said "here's your mostly milk" sarcastically. I couldn't understand why they were being sarcastic and angry.

We came to order a couple cold drinks and the service through the drive thru was awful. They didn’t have enough stock to make a full drink. We ordered a chocolate cappuccino blast and a chocolate shake. The blast wasn’t to order and was not chocolate and the chocolate milk shake was like barely a chocolate milk with more milk. It was not a shake what so ever. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

The staff at this location are AMAZING! Always serve with a smile. Service is fast, accurate. Food is fresh and delicious. Even when very busy, the employees are so friendly and helpful. The ice cream cakes are beautiful and delicious.
