Zero stars!!!! TERRIBLE service and RUDE employees! The lady with brown hair in a bun and glasses needs to find a new job! Be prepared to not have the correct food and when asked for the correct food you’re given an attitude like it’s your fault they don’t know how to do their simple job!! I’m surprised this location is still in business! The hiring manager needs to clean house!!!

Took like 20 minutes to get my order in, with one vehicle ahead of me. Meanwhile, I watch employees walking in and out smoking cigs, one their phones, going into their cars and doing who knows what. Hash browns were frozen, same with the egg in the sandwich

Always Exploring

Paid with a 20 for my seven dollar order and only received two dollars and change back when I let the worker know that I gave him a 20 he looked me straight in the eye and said you gave me a 10. The manager came over and gave me the rest of my change, caution with this establishment.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing The two young men that were inside were very gracious and very helpful they made me too wonderfully made drinks and they put all the works on it and made it a very special experience for me and my friend

Trash service. Poor attitudes. Guy making the food apparently thinks it's entirely appropriate to curse at his customers about a small customization. (English muffin in exchange for a bagel) Not to mention, slowest Dunkin I've ever been to in my 30+ states I've visited. Miserable employee.

Good food. The counter people ignore you for long time while they fill orders. But after you get to order they serve you ready fast. The table are ok but kinda feels like your on display.

My friend and I went to dunkin because I had just gotten a gift card to use up yesterday afternoon. Upon ordering at the drive thru, we had made a little error when we said what we wanted. We ordered two pistachio coffees and when asked for cream and sugar, we realized our mistake and reordered and got pistachio lattes before any order was sent in or paid for. The gentleman helping us was very rude to us, saying snarky comments on how a “latte and coffee are two different things” and he kept going on about our mistake. We said “okay” and drove to the window to collect our coffees. The lady at the window however was super polite and apologized for his behavior. I would go back here because of her but that gentleman made the experience embarrassing for us.
