When it first opened, it was awesome, but now it is super slow, customer service is horrible, and they rarely have cherries jubilee. Idk what happened, but they really need better training. Everything we go inside the tables are disgusting.

Wife and I stopped in today wanted to grab a dozen and some ice cream. Lady did not greet us or even acknowledge we were there! After several minutes standing at the doughnuts we walked to the ice cream and waited longer. Gave up and left never said a word to us. SAD FOR

I was in the store a couple days ago and I saw there new manager getting upset at a new girl for not going fast enough because she was still learning if this is how you treat every one in your work place no wonder you don’t have employees cause the manager doesn’t give new people a chance to learn the menu and give them even a chance to work it’s ridiculous how you treat your employees since you are a new manager

Don't go here! At least don't mobile order here. The hours they have listed are not the hours they are actually open. The app will say it's open, allow you to order AND PAY but you'll show up to an empty building!!! Corporate just shrugs and says the store is independently owned. Worst. Service. Ever.Edit: no stars for food or atmosphere as I didn’t get to experience either.
