We come every Sunday for coffee and normally the service is fast and reliable. Unfortunately, today was very different — the drive-thru took almost an hour, and things seemed really unorganized. I hope this was just an off day, but it may keep us from making Sunday coffee a routine here.

Ordered online so I didn't have to wait ended up waiting 30 more minutes from my pick up time. Asked the lady at the window about my order after 20 minutes of waiting and she rudely replied that they will work on it in a second.

We love going to Dutch bros because they are usually great but today we visited this location and the girl who took our order in the line was really nice but everyone else ignored us and the guy that gave us our drinks seemed annoyed that they got our drinks wrong and had to fix them

Hands down, my favorite coffee shop in the area. I go minimum once a day if not twice. The staff know my order and start preparing it as soon as they see my car in the drive-thru. All of the staff are incredibly kind and fun to talk to, and I would recommend anyone to go here and try it out. My favorite spot.

Waited in line for 20+ minutes for 3 cars in front of us only to be told (at 10) that they're now closed. The problem is, it would have been nice to know that 20 minutes prior and we could've backed out. Who knew 3 cars would take more than 20 minutes? Maybe take the last car's order, tell them to pull around, and let everyone else out? We used to visit this location 1-2 times daily. We likely won't anymore. Communication is key. On 7/16/25.

My boyfriend ordered a drink and it took 20 minutes for it to be made, although we were the only ones in line. They are getting nearly as bad as Starbucks!
