Worst Dutch Bros I've ever been to. Bought 3 hot coffee drinks. All 3 were Luke warm and WEEEEAK!!!! They all tasted like barely flavored milk. Just awful.

Two different instances in a week… 1. This guy in a blue sports car cut me off in line and I got stuck for 15 minutes behind him sitting there drinking my coffee. Instead of the people who work there telling him to go around so the rest of us could get out, I sat there and waited a whole 15 minutes and so did the person behind me who had their drink. 2. I got in line the other day and it was really busy and I watched three people who got in line after me get served before me. It is company policy for them to do this. I’m no longer wasting $100 a week at your store if you’re not gonna consider my time important as well. No offense to the people who work there they’re all fantastic and fabulous following the rules of corporate, but corporate isn’t cool for not considering the people paying their bills time as important. I don’t appreciate my time being treated as trivial.

Walked in ordered 2 drinks waited 15 minutes and got both drinks wrong. Also warn people that walking in thinking is faster IT IS NOT. The ONLY thing they cannot get wrong is bringing the tip portion up, that they never mess up.
Update; The way customer service works is reaching out to the customer to get his story then evaluate to see what went wrong. Now you want me to reach out again to a link. ARE YOU GOING TO ASK FOR A TIP THROUGH THE LINK 🤔

Great cappuccino
I have had Dutch Bros several years ago, and remembered it being quite good.
On a trip, I stopped for a refresher to break the heat of the day.
For a change, we tried their "slushies" (or whatever their name for them might be).
Apparently, I had purchased these in some energy drink version that they offer and must say..... VERY disappointing!
The overriding flavor was much like a bad store brand cough syrup. Not the refreshing drink that I had in mine
