The lady who took my order was rude. She took my order, scanned my app, didn't review my order, didn't ask of the preffered tip was ok, didn't say thank you and walled away. She was shut when she walked up to the window.1st time ever at this dutcj and 1st time ever to have an employee be so not happy. I hope her day got better and what ever was bugging her was fixed! They didn't have my order right and I had to correct it.

I went through the drive thru needing a smoothie or shake cause I had a tooth extraction two days before, I let the kind sir taking my order know and he was nothing short of spectacular in helping me find an amazingly flavored shake that I could drink without a straw! Extremely kind and patient, perfect suggestions based on the ideas I gave him of what I liked! I recommend a Double Rainbow shake add Pineapple!!

Love Dutch Bros!My daughter usually goes almost daily and gets drinks for us both. I have lots of food allergies but have never had a bad reaction with Dutch Bros - I have had allergic reactions multiple times with the other major coffee shop so I just don't go there anymore. Dutch Bros takes special notes, confirms what I can't have, and I've watched them carefully wash their blueberries before making my peach mango smoothie.If you haven't had their peach mango smoothie- double blended!- you should try it! I drink it but also keep it in my freezer and add a couple tablespoons to my home brewed tea!My daughter told them it was my birthday and they made a special double cupped drink with sprinkles between the cups and a happy birthday message!Such great customer service and attention to detail is why we are loyal customers!Dietary restrictions: They are very careful making my drinks with my coconut and pineapple allergies. I've never had a bad reaction with them.
