Please read previous review. Since then, however… it is now 2024, March…1. Management has changed over and over.2. Inconsistent reliability of kitchen being open or closed.3. What coffee shop REFUSES to have white mocha and whipped cream? This place’s potential was being lived, previously-as you can see from my previous review.Now- it still has great seating for working, but the atmosphere is depressing and the beat thing up can order is hot tea.Owners and management need to realize what they’ve done up this place… it’s sad- maybe let another coffee company come in and run things?Previously- maybe 2022 time frame-GREAT place for internet for travelers!GREAT coffee - and GREAT people! Manager is amazing, friendly, NEVER have a seen her without a smile on her face! She's always bustling around taking care of customers and the atmosphere!Employees seem to enjoy working here as well - and that is what makes a GREAT cup of coffee! I HOPE the owners are paying these folks a LOOOT! They bust their tails!I was WORRIED when we rolled into Cottonwood that we wouldn't find a GREAT place to work - I was wrong! Thank goodness for Firecreek! The atmosphere, ample seating, wonderful attitude of team supporting us customers...ONE warning - the internet is not sufficient for modern remote video meetings. I held a few, but it was always choppy. Upgrade the wifi??OH - COPELAND sandwich for the WIN! **consider customizing it 'over hard' instead of over easy to make it a bit less messy to eat. And - get the greens ON the sandwich! WONDERFUL lunch or breakfast meal!

If I could give a zero rating I would. the way they hand out orders is so unorganized. The wait time was over 30min for a couple of drinks and a few bagels. The barista behind the bar was rude when told about missing drinks. Would not recommend this place.

Great neighborhood shop!

Coffee is good. Chai was delicious. Atmosphere is too open and VERY LOUD. It was hard to hear the conversation right next to me due to everyone in the place talking (sound bounces off the walls). I won't be returning for dine-in, but will consider take out.

Cool spot, large parking lot. Coffee was good, interesting options for lattes etc. Only issue is that there is very little "comfortable" seating. Lots of square tables with hard seats. Good for remote work / doing projects on the large tables. But it felt more like a cafeteria in a garage than a coffee shop.

Terrible last purchase. I purchase their whole bean regularly. On this visit, I mentioned to the manager at the Cottonwood store that there wasn't a roast date on any of the decaf bags and got no response. After my wife and I got outside, I noticed the total wasn't correct. I went to the site on my phone and confirmed the charge was incorrect. My wife went back in the store and was told by the manager that "she didn't know why the price was different on the website and that she couldn't do anything about it". Did not give us a path to correct it. LAST TIME WE PURCHASE HERE.

Firecreek is a nice little place to relax, hook up some wifi and have one of many coffee drinks available. I like the large mocha and the pastries are great.

I'm very upset, bad service. The girl with white hair in a gray long-sleeve shirt with red sleeves was very rude, and it seemed like she displayed racism towards me and my friends. She constantly looked at us arrogantly, forgot to make my coffee, even though there were no other orders besides ours. She was very unfriendly, kept asking us to repeat ourselves, and acted like she couldn't understand my accent, even though her colleague understood us perfectly. The coffee was lukewarm and not tasty, not like it's supposed to be from a roastery. She also forced us out onto the street where it was very cold because we had containers with other food. We were very cold, and it spoiled our mood. I don't understand why this girl behaved so horribly towards us, and why customer discrimination exists. ?

Firecreek is by far my favorite coffee house in Cottonwood. The shop has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The coffee is some of the best I've ever tasted. The bakery and food items I've tried have been very good also. I stopped in earlier this week and a lovely barista, Beth, assisted me in choosing some ground coffee to try at home. She suggested "Storm Chaser" since I prefer a darker roast and I love the flavor. Additionally, she was friendly and chatted with me as she made me a pumpkin spice latte. That latte is an excellent choice for any P.S. lover like myself. My only hope for Firecreek Coffee is that they might be able to have longer hours as their business continues to grow.

Unfriendly staff, poor service. A girl with blonde hair did not behave courteously. The coffee is not bad, but the service was upsetting.

Brought my coffee loving friend here and they were very impressed by both the espresso and hearing about how they clean the machine. I think it will be a must stop every time they are in town
