This is a mom and pop place. It's has that old school feel to it with the waitresses and all. Their food is good and they serve large portions. Highly recommended ?Parking: It a big parking lot but a bit crowded when busy.

I’ve eaten at Georgie’s for years, regularly, usually with my wife. Yesterday, while alone, my young hostess apologized to my server for seating me in her section……..while I sat, watched and heard the exchange very clearly.I am beyond insulted and will not be back.

First thing, food was great, service was horrible. When ordering, our waitress, Darla, was told multiple times to burn my wifes bacon, shatter it, we even said we won't be mad, just burn it. When food arrived, bacon was limp and not at all crispy. We told Darla we wanted it burnt not limp and she started to argue like a child, she said we never said that even after both of us made a point of it multiple times. She even yelled as she walked away from the table across the restaurant that we never said that. Darla had a poor attitude from the moment we sat down and made the whole breakfast experience a total downer. What a shame as we chose this place because of the reviews that stated how great the waitresses were. Needless to say, we will not ever return. Paying top dollar for a breakfast, you expect not only good food but decent service. At least they got half the equation right.

GREAT food with a diner vibe experience. They have gluten free pancakes, which are the best ones that I have eaten yet and they have cooked my sirloin patty to a perfect med-rare each time I have been there.
