I got gas and drinks there yesterday and found out that 126.00 was charged to my account on my debit card from speedway . Having a terrible time contacting Annette the manager.

I worked for giant in 2008 and I quit because Annette is a volatile abusive human who created a toxic work environment. It’s really unfortunate to me that in 2023 as a customer, I continue to hear the employees complain about Annette and how she treats them. I’m sure her behavior isn’t gonna stop your company from making money, but it’s definitely stopping your company from keeping employees and generating a comfortable, kind environment your customers AND employees that would be appreciated.

Stopped at this location to fill up on gasoline with my Gas Buddy debit card. I was referred to this location as the best price for fuel with Gas Buddy in their app. The card reader at the pump did not recognize my card. I went inside to see they could help. The clerk did not know what Gas Buddy was, I informed her it is a debit card. She stated she could process the sale inside but needed to know exactly how much fuel I was going to get. I explained I was filling up so I could not tell her that. Instead of offering to hold the card and perhaps my drivers license, she simply dismissed me by saying she could not help me unless I could tell her exactly how much fuel I was going to get. I said I guess I would need to go somewhere else. She responded, "Ok, have a good day." She could have called a supervisor to assist me at the pump, suggested I go to another pump, or just held the card until I was done pumping fuel. I guess she does not care about customers.

Literally doing the least rn Speedway. Went there on my way home only to find they had no gas. And to top it all off, I hadn't eaten all day and was really hungry so I got a couple of their fried tacos or taquitos or tornadoes or whatever they called them there and they were ice cold like so cold like the machine had been turned off all day and no one bothered to turn it back on or anything like the food was cooked inside, but had been sitting there for hours, and hours and hours with no heat on so they were cold. I do them away. Then you need them. I won't try to go back there again I'm sick of them not doing anything, right

There's one dude that prefers to text and be rude instead of being helpful. I'll get gas but try to get my convenience things inside another store. Mediocrity at it's finest. I am in here every few weeks. Great gas prices unless the woman that’s chunky checks you out she will take your money and claim that she has to count her drawer at the end of the night. This woman has taken from two locals and one visitor that lives both here and Phoenix . Will report next time this happens fire her

Based on another review it seems like the RV dump station has been down for at least two years. Employee inside stated a year and half.

I would guess they don't want RVers business. They shut down their RV dump station. RVers spend money in case you don't know this.

The overnight cashier makes me so uncomfortable. He always seems to be in the worst mood. Last time i was in he was literally complaining when customers would pull in.
