All the food was good..Albondiga large bowl is really large and delicious. Knocked restaurant down one star..Guacamole was not up to my normal standard. It didn't have hunks of Guacamole that i am used of seeing. It seemed mixed with a filler.Kid-friendliness: Open area for seating. Informal setting.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheel chair, but ramp is steep. But, at least there is a wheel chair ramp from handicap parking to front entrance.

They seevuce was good and always attentive. Shredded taco didn't have any flavor. Ground beef was so so. Salsa could use a lot. Not worth the money, which seems to much.

We’ve been eating here for 30 years and have never been disappointed. It’s been a while since the last time because we’re just eating out less since Covid and because we didn’t entirely trust that the food, under new ownership, would match what we had become used to. We are so glad we came back! The service is excellent, and the food arrived in a reasonable time. The most important thing to us was that the quality was as good under the Howling Coyote name as it was as the Hacienda Inn. We liked our experience so much that we’ve been back twice since that first visit two weeks ago. Well done!

We've been eating at the location for almost 30 years, long before we actually moved to the area, and have always found it to be the best Mexican food in town. We were leery about the quality of the food under the new ownership and had a bad first experience on a takeout order two years ago. We decided to try it another try a couple of weeks ago and were very pleasantly surprised. The wait staff was peasant and efficient, and our order arrived in good time. Best of all, the quality of the food was excellent! I had cheese enchiladas, and my wife had the bean burrito, enchilada style. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our experience so much that we've been back two more times since that first visit.

Charged me 39.00 and some change for 2 tamales enchilada style rice and beans it was to be 13.99 plus 2.50 for enchilada style when my credit card bill comes out I'm going to dispute it I told the waitress but she insisted she was right there crooks meter eat there again and I'm telling family and friend star rating 0

First time here since Hacienda was sold. Wait staff was good. Owner/Manager is a j**** My friend ordered the Taco Tuesday Special (2 Tacos for $2.50 ea. + a side of rice and beans for $5.00) I ordered Red Chile Pork w/rice and beans). My friends tacos came on a huge bed of shredded lettuce that was never drained, leaving a lot of water on the plate causing the hard shells to become soggy. The ground beef was flavorless and bland. My Red Chile Pork was bland and had no seasoning. Both our plates were so hot the beans and cheese were still sizzling. Way too hot to touch, even with napkins. We didn't finish our meals. Talked with our server who got the owner. My friend (who was paying for our meals) talked with the owner, who refused to give any discount/partial refund because we ate some of it. My friend upon check out again asked the owner for some sort of discount to avoid a negative review. To which he replied "Do not make me angry, that would not be good for you". Will NEVER go there again, and do not recommend it to anyone! WORST Mexican food in Cottonwood....

My husband ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas. The meat was burned there was only 4 pieces of shrimp. On top of that the shrimp was burned as well. The service was terrible and the food was disgusting. When I told the man at the register about the burnt meet and shrimp he was very rude and make me feel terrible. I asks if he could discount the fajitas and he was unprofessional and needs major training in the costumer service side. We will never go back to this place and I will make sure my fiends and family know how much of a waste of time and money this place was.

Our server was very friendly. Our Mexican pizza was good, but not great. The plate had to much water from the green chilly sauce. Unfortunately, the pizza was soggy.

We’ve been coming here since before. It was a Howling Coyote. It was Hacienda add the food has always amazing and the owner is great. He comes around your table to make sure everything was OK and they have the best red chili I’ve ever eaten flavor is amazing. One day, a lady was having some issues and he and another employee took the lady home to make sure she got home OKMy very favorite is a chimichanga with Mataka and green chili, deep-fried enchilada style and then the next favorite is the Mexican pizza. Lots of times will order 10 of them and take them home because they freeze quite well and give them away when we moved to Flagstaff for a while.Somebody left a review on yelp said it was the worst Mexican Food ever had but I would like to know where in the world they live because maybe they live in a part of the country that doesn’t know what Mexican Food isThe food and the service are amazing. Margaritas are great too.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to go thereWheelchair accessibility: They will be glad to help anybody in or out and they do have a ramp and the bathrooms are handicap friendly
