I went after 8:00 p.m. when I got off work and got a crispy chicken garden salad when I got home to eat my chicken was cold and old enough it was getting hard under the crispy I was afraid I was going to get sick when I called the phone it went to a fax machine when I emailed the company I got no response absolutely horrible customer service don't go after 8:00 p.m. it is harder to get fast food in cottonwood than it is to pull teeth

Well two years later and nothing has changed. Still can’t get an order right to save their life and the Latina chick working the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment, or better yet a promotion to customer. Went to check my order and soon as I looked away she threw her arms up annoyed that I had the audacity to check if they got my food right, and wouldn’t you know it. THEY GOT IT WRONG! This place is a joke the management should be ashamed at the way this place runs.

I would give zero stars if I could. I sat in the drive thru for 10 min without speaking to anyone. I then drove to the window but was still ignored and was also given the wait a minute finger. Avoid this location at all costs. I also went inside to speak with a manager but they don't give a damn. I was told my completely stock truck was too big to trip the sensor.
Enjoyed a quick breakfast with our grandson. The restaurant was clean and staff was very courteous. Really enjoy having a quick meal at Jack in the Box.

I've heard mix reviews about the tacos. But it's a wonderful affordable option. Every once in a while my wife and I will enjoy ordering 10 of them. The lettuce is typically fresh and if you had a little add the jack on the box hot sauce you will appreciate the kick.
