I went through the drive thru after work today. The two girls working were so unfriendly and so rude!!! Absolutely terrible! They both should be fired! This is the one in Cottonwood, AZ.

jack in the box more like jack in the logan, an an employee which i later found out his name was logan spit in my sandwich and i believe stepped on it, i also found mold on the bottom he was very rude will not be coming

I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger combo meal. Got home to find out it wasn't an ultimate cheeseburger. My burger had no cheese on it. It was literally just 2 patties and a bun. Next time I'm looking for fast food, I think I'll be going to Carl's Jr. instead. Hopefully, they understand the concept of how you make a cheeseburger.

The young boys, really should get trained a bit on manners… and I say young cause they don’t even know how to greet you at the window properly and don’t have common manners but only to slam the window as soon as they give you your food( without sauces that were asked or ordered).
