everytime I am trying to use my points for free sandwich gives me an error and I go tot the shop and tell me has to be through the app.

Pulled up at 9:10 PM and was told that they were out of fries at the moment. When asked if I could wait I was told that they would be a 20 minute wait because they already cleaned the fryers and would have to heat them back up. Ridiculous that they are already shutting down the kitchen one hour before closing.

Dried out chicken cashier staff was impatient not properly trained on how to discount an item if one doesn't want a soda like every KFC I Have been to in the US every staff member sell happiness he was rude. I will never go to this KFC Again. I will go to Wendy's they are generally nice.

I have had two negative experiences with KFC in the past few months and decided to try one more time. This is the best KFC I've ever been too. Jeremy was very kind. He was cleaning and helping customers the entire time were were there. You don't come across workers like that very often anymore

Did not serve fries until close. We came at 9:20 and they said they couldn’t do any more fries for the night. extremely disappointing, as that is the only thing I enjoy from KFC

Young girl working the cash register needs more training. Her customer service skills are horrible. She seemed annoyed because I asked for some sauce. She just threw it on the counter.. made me feel very unwelcomed .

Ordered through DoorDash twice First time everything was spilled all over the inside of the bag (it was two of the chicken/mashed potato gravy bowls) with no silverware or straws Second time they forgot sauces/gravy even with it marked multiple times
