Terrible service from the cashier that was there Today he dared to literally yell at me in front of my 4 year old son. Maybe his racism doesn't give him enough. The chain deserves staff who love their work, not just for the pay. You are a bad person because I was going to eat with my little son and you assumed that I put up with your disgusting treatment! I hope they do something because because of people like that, many of us don't eat in the restaurant. One of the girls saw what happened.

Beyond the delicious food, Krysta's friendly and engaging personality made my visit extra special. We had a great chat about fun things like the Renaissance Faire and the weather, and she just brightened my day. Krysta's customer service is top-notch, and she clearly takes pride in her work. I highly recommend visiting this KFC and hoping you get to meet Krista! She's a gem!

Went through drive-thru got a normal combo waited in line for approximately 10 minutes got asked to pull up front waited another 30 minutes....... Went inside about 20 minutes in and they asked me what my order was all over again

Worst representation of a KFC. I spent 37$ for a meal that turned out to be not available. They fulfilled order with disgusting food I didn't want, no napkins, and didn't give drink, and we're less than accommodating when I went to retrieve my 4$ drink.
It's OK, but the chickens are getting smaller and smaller, 'might be sparrows, I dunno... Knockin' off another star for no more cookies. ?

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. First they messed up on my order and when I wanted to add a chocolate cake they said I would have to go around in line again or go inside to ADD THE CHOCOLATE CAKE. I get it if I was adding hot food but something that is prepared I shouldn't have to go around

Leti at register was welcoming and efficient. Nadia assisted with card tap - positive and friendly. Our 2 piece chicken good and hot! Slaw crispy cold too. Well handled lunch by these Cottonwood KFC staff. Love $5 menu as well. ?
