I placed my order using the self-serve kiosk, but despite ordering first, several people who ordered at the counter after me received their food before I did. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before I had to go up and ask about my order. The staff seemed surprised and unprepared, and I had to wait an additional 5–10 minutes after that.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only customer experiencing issues — others were also frustrated. I also overheard employees making inappropriate comments about customers. I’ve already contacted HR and provided a full description of what happened. This kind of service is unacceptable.

They didn't out the right food for my kids, and the workers were in the dining area talking with what I'm assuming is other co workers not working. It was uncomfortable

Terrible service from the cashier that was there
Today he dared to literally yell at me in front of my 4 year old son. Maybe his racism doesn't give him enough. The chain deserves staff who love their work, not just for the pay. You are a bad person because I was going to eat with my little son and you assumed that I put up with your disgusting treatment! I hope they do something because because of people like that, many of us don't eat in the restaurant. One of the girls saw what happened.

I had the absolute BEST experience at KFC today, largely thanks to Krysta! She made me the most amazing Famous Bowl I've ever had - it was truly perfect. Beyond the delicious food, Krysta's friendly and engaging personality made my visit extra special. We had a great chat about fun things like the Renaissance Faire and the weather, and she just brightened my day. Krysta's customer service is top-notch, and she clearly takes pride in her work. I highly recommend visiting this KFC and hoping you get to meet Krista! She's a gem!

Went through drive-thru got a normal combo waited in line for approximately 10 minutes got asked to pull up front waited another 30 minutes....... Went inside about 20 minutes in and they asked me what my order was all over again

The staff's attention is horrible, you ask for something and they serve you very poorly, you ask them for something and they ignore you, the food is spectacular but with that attention it is better not to return

Ordered for delivery, charged for the order did not receive the order (KFC canceled order) said refund wasn't there problem it was on door dash (even though kfc canceled) horrible customer service.
