Terrible Customer Service! Placed an online ordered well over 30$ worth of food and the promotion for ordering online states any order over 10$ will receive a FREE 10pc saucy nugget. Guess what I didn’t get my saucy nuggets so he has me pull around the front so he can call his manger….she told him he can’t give me the free 10pc saucy nuggets if it’s not on my receipt. My receipt states I spent well over 10$! But no nuggets were added….yeah because I thought they came free with my order?! I said this is terrible customer service, honor the promotion and he said there was nothing to honor….I’m at a loss of words I spent 30* dollars ONLINE SO I COULD RECEIVE THE ONLINE PROMOTION. Don’t come here -go to any other fast food chain in Cottonwood.

So disappointing. I went to the drive thru for a mobile order they told me to pull around to the front and asked what color my car is. I got a notification that my order was ready. Waited another 15 minutes for them to bring the food out and then finally decided to go in. They had just left it sitting there behind the counter. They apologized and gave it to me. But of course it was cold at this point and one of the tenders I got was not cooked all the way and it was disgusting. So I go through the drive thru to correct it and they gave me a fresh one and an extra tender which was nice. But I had asked if we could get a couple of biscuits for our trouble, not just uncooked food but also cold food and being completely forgotten about and they refused. Just seems like horrible customer service.

Missing food and unhelpful service chicken wasn't all
Ordered by app 2 hours in advance and specified my pickup time. When I arrive at the correct time, the order was not prepared. 10 minutes later, we are given the order in a sealed bag. We get home and it's missing one of the wraps. I tried calling and I get an answering machine. On the order ticket, nobody has signed that they double checked the order. Obviously, because it wasn't double checked. We drive back to get the missing wrap. While there, I see other people waiting for their orders while all of the crew moves at a leisurely and slow pace. One man questions what is the delay on his order when somebody else gets their food before him. The girl replies, "We are out of tenders and making them now." The man asks, "Why didn't you tell me that when I ordered and paid for it?" Clearly, the staff here is a disaster though the food is what you expect from the KFC chain. That is, if you can get your order correctly.

KFC never as fresh as it used to be some shrinkflation on the sides too but still yummy..oddly enough a hot element has been added to the 11 herbs n spices so is it 12 herbs n spices now

Sorry to see these guys fall. This location was the last of the "good guys". They recently turned to the dark side, however. What am I talking about, you ask? They no longer serve baked beans side dish! The delicious, mouth watering baked beans that perfectly complement a piece of chicken. The baked beans that are better than my mom can make. Yeah, those baked beans. I guess they now serve some cheaper substitute. All to save a nickel. Shame. There are no longer any KFC in Arizona that I'm aware of worth eating at.
