I placed an online order for a party. I went to pick up the order and there was a sign up saying closed due to staffing issues. It was an inconvenience and we had to pay more money for a rush order at another restaurant. The next day I noticed that they processed the charge on my card. I called and the man that answered knew exactly who I was. He apologized and explained the situation. He knew about the order and had it pinned on the board for when I can. He processed a full refund. It was a bad situation but was handled with kindness and respect. Highly recommend

We were in drive thru for along time it seemed like, but walking in is always faster. Pizzas are always hot and ready, same with the other food. They have enough staff to do this job faster and easier for the cashiers. Respectful 100 %Parking: It's pretty big enough to have a drive thru and walkins

Stopped in to get the Calzone all meat. Great customer service. Speedy service and out the door I go.
They rarely get it wrong. Atmosphere is meh. . . But there's always drive thru....service is okay, but the pizza .... I keep coming back....I love pizza? and Dom can't get it right don't even get me started with cottonwood Hut and forget Vin ny pizza.... This little Roman man seems to understand: I just need cheesy warm ready to go pizza and this lil ceasars understands me??????Thank you for the good eats??

I called in a pick up order 20 minutes before actually getting there. I got 4 pizzas. I still had waited well over an hour for them to be brought out. There werelike 6 people who got their food before me who came in after I did. They all were wrong. Since it was right before close time, the person there said they would write my name down and have the whole order replaced. So when I called to redeem the order, the manager, Mike, pretty much said too bad cuz I guess the girl didn't actually write my name. He was so rude and dismissive. So frustrating!!

ON AUGUST 11, 2023 I MADE A PIZZA PURCHASE WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF 24.78 DLS BY MEANS OF A DEBIT CARD AND THE CHARGE WAS APPLIED 4 TIMES TO MY CARD, TALK TO THE MANAGER AND HAVE THIS RESOLVED IN THE BANK BECAUSE UNTIL 13 AUGUST AUGUST 2023 THE PURCHASE WAS CREDITED, I COULD NOT RETURN SINCE I HAD TO RETURN TO MEXICO...
