Friendly service but my Tom Kha w tofu tasted like a dirty fryer. The tofu was so bitter from dirty oil that the whole soup had a nasty dirty fryer taste to it.

We got lunch basil fried rice and pad Thai. The place is very nice and the atmosphere is great, the servers were very welcoming and great at answering questions and were patient with us. My only issue was the food sadly. While pad Thai is meant to be sweet, the basil fried rice was REALLY sweet and that really surprised me. I didn’t taste much savoriness and it was so overpowering that I couldn’t even finish it. And there was also more vegetables than rice in the fried rice. Overall the place is decent but as someone who loves Thai food, this was very disappointing. I think I’m willing to give them another try but I might just get the regular Thai fried rice. It was a good stop though.

Mai Tai on main is always consistent with the food they serve. The staff is always very pleasant and welcoming. The Tai Tea is very refreshing and compliments the food that is served. I don't think you'll be disappointed with your experience for lunch or dinner.
We ordered the clear noodles and basil fried rice, could not understand why the food can be too salty and too sweet at the same time. The food should be dry, but they cooked too much water with inside. The waitress was friendly and gave us a plate of chili water/powder, and even with chili, the food is below average. If you are from other places and enjoy the Thai food, do not come here!

Mai Thai on Main is one of my favorite restaurants in the verde valley. I’ve been eating here for years (mostly takeout) and everyone is so friendly and kind, the food is consistent, fresh, and always delicious! Thank you for working so hard to make the best Thai food around!

My favorite place to eat in Cottonwood! The portions are great, the service is always on point, it’s never too crowded in there which is nice (don’t be fooled though the food is great, surprisingly the place isn’t busier!). They always get the orders right and the prices are very fair as well. Highly recommend for good Thai food in the area.
Food was flavorful. Service was fast and attentive. The quality of the food and the low prices are worth the drive from Sedona. My favorite meal while visiting the area!

Delicious food. I had the pad tai, medium heat. 10/10. Brought extra spice when asked. Apps were tasty.

Lucas was a great waiter, the food was v authentic and delicious and it was lovely and cool inside in a v hot day. I am glad I found this place.
