Edit: Something happened to the service... DJ you are a freaking rockstar! Keep the transformation going! Your customer service is rubbing off onto the others! Biggest issue. When the drive through is packed you can't even go in to pick up your online order. They make you get back in your car and sit in the line while your food gets cold. This is a missed opportunity to give customer service that's above and beyond. That's just to bad. I'll be giving my business to Jack And the Box from now on.

Management is just really poor at this location.Always hae an attitude example, I went in there this morning. I gave them money. Ask a question. I slammed the window in my face and never came back with my receipt or anything. I can't wait for Burger King to open, so I never have to go to this place again. I will take the trip
