Excellent food, wine and service.
We came here for an anniversary lunch. The mead wine with honey was so tasty. We each tried a sandwich and the flavors were amazing. The soup they had today was sooooo good. Highly recommend!!
Great service, knowledge staff, and even more amazing food! Merkin Mac was such an incredible experience itself, plus the wine flights.. can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Really impressed with the wine and food. Our server was so knowledgeable and did an amazing job of describing the wines. I would recommend to anyone in the area. We also took the tram downstairs for the gelato and pistachio is awesome!

Amazing service and care for my unusual allergy. The server and chef created something on the fly for me (and I had no expectations for my food). Jared was absolutely amazing through the whole service. Highlights were the brie special and wine flights.
Dietary restrictions: Helpful with allium allergy

Amazing pizza! Would love to try other ones next time
Last week, my fiancé and I spent four nights in Cottonwood, a quaint, cool little town. We tried several of Maynard's restaurants and businesses, including his hilltop Trattoria.
We visited three times, once for dinner and twice for drinks and light snacks. Each time was excellent.
My fiancé, a wine connoisseur, was in heaven, enjoying several flights and single glasses. I am not much of a wine drinker, but I had a flight and a few glasses myself and did not come away disappointed!
Our favorite dish? The Bruschetta. Just wow. The folks here know what they're doing when it comes to making delicious, savory bread. Can't recommend it enough!
We found all the staff warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. They happily recommended foods and wines, and we took them up on those recommendations - much to our taste buds' and stomachs' delight!
Do yourself a favor and stop by this first-class establishment the next time you're cottonwood. I know we will!

The manager has some kind of racial issue. Will not return as long as the manager is still working there.

Beautiful restaurant with great service. The wines are okay and the flights are 1 oz pours?! Some dishes were great, gnocchi, and a couple were under seasoned, cavatelli pesto.

Very nice place. Food was very good, but clearly more focused on food than wine. Also, what really pissed me off is that my wife brought in a salad because the place had very few gluten free offerings (and she is GF), and some dude told her sternly that she could eat her salad in the place. So she had to go eat her salad alone in the car. Very lame. I get this as a policy but come on, how about an exception. Needless to say, minimal tip and although I would have purchased a few bottles of wine, not happening. Could have been a very positive experience.

Cheese board and pasta both amazing. Maybe has too much Tarzan - but worth it! Bar staff and service on point

Their take on Italian food is not good at all…
But it is really pretty inside and the view is spectacular.
