This was one of the most family friendly restaurants I have been to in Cottonwood. There is a great outdoor play space for the kids, the staff was amazing and the food was yummy!

Food was good, I wouldn't say the fried sushi is that great. Would go again, if they dusted the decor, very dusty.

We came in super early as we were rolling on central time after a day of traveling we were starving. Was near empty but got seated right away. Owner was so kind and the food was great, best refried beans I have ever had! She learned it was our 25th anniversary and gave us amazing flan on the house! Cozy local place with great food ?

Good chow, a varied menu, and a server with a funpersonality. Tap beer comes in a huge frosted mug and there's even an enclosed playground for the kids.

At the age of 41, I have enjoyed a wide array of dining experiences, yet this one stands out as the most disappointing. Even though we arrived a full two hours before the restaurant's advertised closing time, they refused to correct an error in my order, attributing their refusal to the chef's exhaustion. This was particularly frustrating as I watched them accept and prepare two takeout orders while the kitchen was clearly still operational and bustling with activity.Furthermore, our simple request for a salsa bowl was rejected by the waitress, who expressed concerns over the risk of double-dipping. It's worth noting that the only dining companion I had was my husband, and we assured her that sharing saliva was not an issue for us. Despite this, she found it more sanitary to recommend a communal squeeze bottle for our chips, a bottle that has undoubtedly been touched by numerous customers before us. This decision intriguingly contrasts with their stated commitment to hygiene, prompting us to question the consistency of their sanitation practices. We're part of a close-knit community in a charming small town, deeply committed to its prosperity and longevity. It's essential for us to cultivate a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for everyone, particularly for our local residents. Encouraging positive interactions and kindness towards all guests can significantly contribute to our town's vibrant and supportive environment.Let's work together to ensure our community remains a place where everyone feels valued and respected!

The service was a little slow. Only one employee was working. The food was tasty but wasn't served hot. Menu items started around $14.99. A little pricey for the portion size received. Non-traditional chips and salsa were served. The chips were some kind of flour chip, not the regular tortilla kind. The salsa was in a bottle. It wasn't freshly made. Probably from a jar or something. We asked for small plates for the chips and the lady said they don't do that anymore since Covid. We asked for separate checks and the lady gave us a hard time. Also she wouldn't give me a copy of the receipt. I probably will not visit this restaurant again.

The best place to get Louisiana Boil and they make their own recipe Mexican Sushi. The proce is worth it because 2 people can share a roll and it's plenty. Overall amazing and the owners are the cooks and servers! They keep it local and they are my favorite restaurant in the Verde Valley
