I've been to this location several times and every time I've had great and fast service with great food! One time I even went through the drive through like fifteen minutes till closing and still was greeted in a friendly manner. I got my food extremely quickly and the lady who rung me up was also friendly (another good experience there). Would recomend to anyone who loves Chinese food!

The food is alright, the team seems to be polite but there's always something that needs to be cooked , every door dash I come in here for they never have it ready . The orange chicken needs 10 mins or teriyaki needs 15 mins , they just never have it together anymore. It's a real bummer when I get a door dash to need to pick up from there and I need to wait more then 10 15 mins a few times I've waited 40 mins for an order.

Needs someone cleaning the lobby, but GREAT FOOD at this location and bathroom was clean.
Not enough chow mien I ordered two plates and the rice wasn’t filled all the way and the chow mien was mainly cabbage barely chow mien, this isn’t right, I barely can afford food and when I do I don’t expect this sad service of food.

The drive through lady was very rude, she kept rushing me to make a decision when I wasn’t ready, she slammed my food on my car window and said here and then slammed her restaurant window closed. Her customer service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend ever coming again, she shouldn’t be the face of the drive through. This was at 11:47 cottonwood panda 03/25/25 I was taking my boyfriend out for his birthday and she was just plain rude. I wasn’t disrespectful and I didn’t talk back or made a fuss. I was shocked she was being that way. She needs to be reprimanded.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered at 5 PM to pickup at 5:36. Didn't get food until 6:09. I watched the whole like of 20 plus people be served before me when my order had been ready for 33 minutes while it sat and got cold. I would be smart to NEVER return again.

Probably some of the freshest Chinese takeaway I've ever had. First time to a Panda Express (we don't have them in Canada that I know of) and probably not the last. Really fresh food. Surprisingly good. Good service at this location too.
