The drive through lady was very rude, she kept rushing me to make a decision when I wasn’t ready, she slammed my food on my car window and said here and then slammed her restaurant window closed. Her customer service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend ever coming again, she shouldn’t be the face of the drive through. This was at 11:47 cottonwood panda 03/25/25
I was taking my boyfriend out for his birthday and she was just plain rude. I wasn’t disrespectful and I didn’t talk back or made a fuss. I was shocked she was being that way. She needs to be reprimanded.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered at 5 PM to pickup at 5:36. Didn't get food until 6:09. I watched the whole like of 20 plus people be served before me when my order had been ready for 33 minutes while it sat and got cold. I would be smart to NEVER return again.

Probably some of the freshest Chinese takeaway I've ever had. First time to a Panda Express (we don't have them in Canada that I know of) and probably not the last. Really fresh food. Surprisingly good. Good service at this location too.

The food is great! App ordering not recommended. Every time I order on the app, (which is often), I end up still in the restaurant 30 minutes after my order pick-up time. Might as well just go through the line. It's faster.

They had the Lobby closed because they were short staffed. The drive-thru line was so backed up. Then someone showed up to work open the doors and I got my food, I got the honey sesame chicken and it was dry and had little flavor, like it had been sitting too long

Ordered through DoorDash and let me just it’s got to be the worst way to order food. Not door dash’s fault but they skimp you out on the portions they’re supposed to give you they completely ruined my ordered 1 out of all the items I ordered were correct. Highly disappointed.

Literally EVERY TIME. I missing something from my order. Or the orange chicken is old and hard. They’re never ready to go for orders. The inside EVERY table is dirty. This is the worst panda that I’ve ever been too. Never consistent, dirty, and I really hate saying this but the staff is rude if you have any questions about your order or even when your ordering.

Feel like I got robbed tonight. No soy sauce, no teriyaki (for my teriyaki chicken), no fortune cookies and that's all it took to really ruin the trip. I understand being busy but it was a major let down.

I came in and got a bigger plate last night. The guy who helped us did not wash his hands or put on gloves before coming over to help us, plus we had to wait about 15 minutes to even recieve said help. When we got home and started eating, we noticed some of the chicken was rubbery and some was still raw. We woke up this morning to both me and my partner vomiting from what we believe to be food poisoning. If I was feeling good enough to leave I would go back to ask for a refund
